Although a little remote, this hotel was stunning. The whole vibe was very chic and chill out vibes. The staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful. There is nothing they couldn’t do to help, particularly Vassilis who was so kind and greeted us with a wave every time we saw him. We didn’t catch the names of all the reception staff, but they were also helpful, kind and welcoming. The food was simple but a good variety every evening (we were there for 10 days and there was little repetition in the main evening meals). Teas coffees and juices available in the morning, but if on half board and get dinner, you do have to pay for drinks with dinner including water. In terms of the facilities, the three main swimming pools were lovely and so many beds and loungers available, so never trouble getting one (it was beginning of the season so this may have helped). Having a suite with a private pool was a treat, so glad we did this as it was so lovely to have a private space as well as the main pools. There was no private beach as such, but a level down from the infinity pool there was a sandy/stony area with beds, and access to the sea was stony, so be warned! It was about 10 minutes walk to the local shop, a bakery was just up the road also and a few tavernas. We were glad to have a car to be able to get about. Even if some of the roads were questionable!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in need of a chill out break.

Very comfortable, food absolutely fine without being exceptional. Staff first rate: outstandingly helpful, friendly and ready to help in any and every way. A most enjoyable week’s stay. We were pre high season, so masses of room for sunning, swimming and dining. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful hotel. The decor is stunning, staff are amazing. It's quiet and serene, the perfect get-away. The rooms with the private pool are extra fabulous! Highly recommend. They are opening 2 new restaurants on site which will bring some variety to meal times. The pastry chef is a genius, we had to swim extra lengths to work off the delicious desserts.

Just arrived home from this hotel. We had a very nice time the hotel was very good large rooms, all bedding towels etc., were super quality and beds very comfortable. The rooms cleaned every day and always around the same time which we found great and the ladies did a wonderful job. The pools and the pool areas were cleaned every day and there was never a shortage of Sun beds . The food was edible but not very special, the only restaurant was OK but there was no access from within the hotel so we had to walk outside to access it fine until the evening it rained! The best thing about the hotel was the staff from the cleaning ladies to the bar and restaurant staff all superb nothing too much trouble and smiles from them all. All in all a pleasant experience.

Loved our stay at the Tsamis Zante Suites. It was perfect. The staff were fantastic. On arrival we had a welcome drink and could relax by the pool whilst the room was made available. Once available our bags were taken to the room and all of the hotels facilities explained. The staff could not do enough for us throughout our stay, especially the gentleman who was looking after the hotel store. We stayed in a superior suite with a balcony and it was perfect. The bathroom was open plan with a bath and separate shower. The balcony was spacious and was great for relaxing in an evening. We had a lovely view of the olive trees and the sea. The hotel is in peaceful surroundings. It is remote but that was perfect for us as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the local town was a short 15/20 minute drive. We ate at Vardiola restaurant a couple of times and it was lovely. The hotel restaurant was buffet service and the food for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent. Service was good in the evening for drinks and we enjoyed eating by the sea. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for you to choose this hotel to explore the amazing island of Zante.

We stayed in Tsamis Zante Suites for two weeks and I can honestly say that it was the best holidays we ever had so far and keep in mind that we have traveled a lot around the world. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holidays and if you decide to rent a car the location is perfect to explore both the south and the north side of the island since it takes about the same time. From the moment we arrived the staff was lovely and willing to help us with everything. They were quite attentive and always made us feel heard. The attention to detail was truly amazing. We had a suite with a sea view but the last few days we upgraded to a sea view with a private pool which was totally worth it. The food was amazing with special mention to the pastry chef because we had to swim extra laps for these desserts and the vegan restaurant for dinner was a hit. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Fantastic service, fantastic facillities. The Hotel is spot on. We was staying in 8 nights, it was great. The only reason to is not 5/5 and 4/5 is because of the food. Not much variation and same breakfast and dinner…

We had an amazing stay at Tsamis Zante Suites. The hotel provides you with everything you need, altough it is fun to borrow a car and explore the beautiful island. All the personnel were very sweet and helpful. The views are great and the rooms are very hygienic. We can definitely recommend this hotel to people who wish to have a relaxing holiday. We stayed one week in this beautiful suites and we will totally come back! The room with a sea view is dreamy. The staff looked after us in every aspect and the food was delicious. We highly recommend this place!

I was there in July 2023 and I had a room with a swimming pool. The breakfast was varied but of no quality, the room decor was insufficient and the WC door was transparent located opposite the bed. This was very inconvenient as there was no privacy. Would not recommend.

Absolutely everything! Every single member of staff was exceptional - attentive; genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Having both travelled the globe, my fiancée and I have never experience such a truly warm, engaging and good-natured team of exceptional hotel staff - ANYWHERE else on the planet! This customer-first focus was due in no small part to Georgos the GM who displayed an exceptional focus on detail and the quiet enjoyment of all the hotels clients. Every minute, of every day. His experience showed but was masked behind a professional demeanor at all times and his approach to creating the perfect guest experience typified when we spotted him picking up two stray cigarette butts from the road adjacent to the hotel. Nothing was above him nor beyond him or his great team in making this experience as perfect as they could in every way. This great leadership example extended not just across all the senior hotel management personnel, but to every single staff member - regardless of their background, nationality or level of experience. From the minute we arrived we were treated not as guests, but potential friends. The warm and friendly greeting first extended to us on arrival by the most wonderful Paraskevi ( a young, delightful and highly talented young lady (that we are certain will go on to do great things in this industry) continued unabated for our entire stay. We have never experience this before - anywhere and is a credit to not only Futinni, but Georgos and the ever-watchful Christina whose vigilance and ongoing staff-review and training has created a flawless customer experience here. We could go on forever about the hotel the staff and the island but as people can make or break even the best of experience we will finish up by just a small roll call of just some of our favourite "Tsamis Superstars".Ermal & Ellia; Stathis;Nikolas;Stella; Penelope and the hard-working Gramos. Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

We have just returned from 7 nights and a truly relaxing holiday. The hotel,rooms and staff are all impeccable. Special mention to the 2 lovely girls on reception and to Angela for all their help and beach advice, to Teresa and the 2 other main bar waiters who were exceptional and so hard working, to the lovely totally unobtrusive room cleaners and of course a huge shout out to the amazing Kostas on Reception who is the epitome of 5 star service. The hotel is VERY quiet and quite isolated apart from a couple of tavernas about 10 to 15 min walk away and the beach is to be honest very stony and a bit rough..so if you are looking for lively evenings and sandy beaches you will need to drive. Tsilivi, the nearest town is a 15 Euro taxi ride away and very commercialised and very busy..so not our cup of tea..but had a good night out there. We hired a car and had a spectacular day on Porto azzoro beach. We had a lovely truly relaxing holiday..food very nice..drinks lovely, plenty of sunbeds and our private pool was gorgeous..though only had sun in the afternoon and pool was very 'refreshing'! Only a few improvements I'd suggest to make it more 5 star. - a full-length mirror in the bedrooms - Bath sheets rather than small bath towels - larger bathrobes ..not everyone is a size 8..oh and none of ours weirdly had belts - few bar snacks would be a good idea -larger bath mats as water does get everywhere from the shower. But as you can see nothing that can't be improved easily. Oh and the beds are soooo comfortable Highly recommend the Tsamis Zante Suites for anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with outstanding service..we loved it
