It worked well for me staying on the other side of the Mississippi River from Memphis TN across that fantastic bridge in Arkansas. Much quieter and less manic suited my needs better. Mexican restaurant next door is brilliant for beer and food. I really enjoyed my stay here thanks !

Outside of young lady at the desk, who was very nice an cordial, I was totally underwhelmed, and disgusted by the state of the lodging. 2 of the lamps, plus the floor lamp had rust on their bases, there was no smoke detector, there was an area of the ceiling where the finish had come off (possibly due to a water leak, and we were in the ground floor), there was a big patch in one of the walls that was not very well done, the freezer was dirty, the light switch in the bathroom was white while the switch plate was almond, the door casing in the bathroom was either dirty or scuffed, the vent/fan in the bathroom was dirty, and the exterior was in need of some work (pictures of all to be included). Due to all of this, my stay was not as relaxing as I would have hoped. I didn't bother with the free breakfast, given the state of the room, I really wasn't interested in the condition of whatever kitchen they might use. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone staying here.

Check in was very efficient. Staff were cordial and helpful. Room was functional and quiet but worn. Cleanliness was average.

There is a ****** behind the hotel, and there were non-family-friendly pedestrians walking on the sidewalk that runs beside the hotel parking lot. The room was very run-down. Our first room had a strong smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. They moved us to another room which still had a smell, though it at least wasn’t of smoke. The chairs were very worn. The trash cans had liners hanging over their edge. We had to open and place the trash bags in the trash cans ourselves. The shower curtain and towels looked like they were tossed in the bathroom. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable.

Great check in but from there it went downhill. First room had mechanical problems, noise issues. Second room was still being cleaned. When we returned, the Javex smell was extreme and hung for the entire night. Aside our room was assigned to another guest which had to be sorted out after we had unloaded!

This place does not look like the pictures. The room we stayed in was not clean, the cover literally fell off the heater, the bathroom door was busted on both sides, and the toilet would not stop running. All the furniture was worn and dirty looking, and the floor was so filthy that it turned the bottom of my socks black less than 10 minutes after getting into the room.

Phone did not work (wiring was ripped out of the wall). Most TV Channels had terrible reception.

This hotel room was nice, cozy and comfy. It was clean. Soft beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc... Great staff, friendly staff, needs were met while there. They had a great free breakfast every morning. A great place to stay I recommend.
