Just returned from a family holiday at Lago Maggiore. Was with a Maltese group. The Hotel is ideal, centrally located, easy to reach, being adjacent to a train station and the rooms are spacious. We had a corner room wherein we were with our kids. We had a separate room from the kids. Well light by natural sunshine, which we experienced during our stay. The rooms were kept clean and regular change if towels. The building needs an uplift, however still well kept. We had a half board package. The food was exquisite and abundant. We had 3 course meal daily, with water supply during the meal, at request. The staff are polite and their hospitality is abundant.

A completely relaxing stay. We arrived at the hotel with our car on the back of a breakdown truck after a long drive. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful unloading our luggage and helping us to the room. Unfortunately for us my wife broke her wrist during our stay and once again the hotel staff were exceptional with their support throughout our stay by looking out for her whilst I was working and also with help during conversation with medical staff on the phone. Really cant praise them enough. The hotel is very clean, restaurant food for breakfast and evening meal really nice and reasonably priced.

Hotel located in the heart of Arona, just aside from the Major Lake. The room was a little bit dated but the room in which I stayed was well-reconstructed except, unfortunately, the bathroom remained in the 1970s. The room, the right size, was comfortable and very practical, and had a small balcony view the very special lake! Cute and very available staff, good breakfast. Recommended!

Struttura generalmente di buon livello , spazi adeguati e buon ristorante/ trattoria a prezzi modici. Posizione molto comoda sulla strada e vicina a buoni ristoranti Nella stanza , da segnalare la vasca idromassaggio non funzionante. Pulizia in generale DECISAMENTE da migliorare. presenza di ragnatele in camera e nel bagno in posizioni ben visibili dell'addetto alle pulizie.

Top from the equipment - better than the 4-Sterne-Hotel that we had visited before. All you need for a stop (also like 2-3 days to explore the lake). The park gap in front of the door, partly covered is super, so you can load the car without problems when it rains. The bathroom is even better than expected. All clean, small TV (but who needs it), fast internet - suits. Breakfast is good, only in the breakfast room hangs an undefinable smell that does not just invite to stay. But the rest is really good. In the surroundings some restaurants. Pricefully absolutely within the framework. It fits everything! Recommended for an interim stop.

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional.
