Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

The one property I had not been to as yet. It was a great experience. Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.

We were total 22 in number and we enjoyed the stay, staff was really friendly and food was great. Hotel is located just in front of beach. Hospitality of balram captain was outstanding. Garden was huge and pool was fully functional little bit network problem in the property buy wifi was good.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks
