By far one of a kind. Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful. 10 out of 10. Keep up the good hospitality.

Bathroom had pink mold in the corners. Front desk kept a list of complaints and added mine. I also told them of crumbling drywall hidden by peeling off wallpaper. She said all the bathrooms will be remodeled. At breakfast, a deafening alarm sounded off triggered by a ceiling leak to the first floor rooms, later blocked while plumbing work was done. 3 fire truck came within a few minutes. How did I know? I heard the firemen conversing as to cause. Breakfast was decent - oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, apples, oranges, cereal, eggs, sausage and muffins. An inventory checklist of what needs to be done and prompt quality maintenance work would elevate quality of Hampton Inn. Hilton brand is a brand of lower quality and poor management. Before Hilton, Hampton was clean and well maintained.

Parking was so easy. Loved Philip!! and they let us hang out in the lobby and visit while teenagers did their thing. Their breakfast is fresh and clean

Good points, breakfast was decent and the area always had coffee for when you need it. The desk staff were also helpful especially one guy on the later shift. Biggest issue i had was house cleaning, i stayed 7 days and they came in only twice and one of those days were because I asked, due to running out of towels. My colleague had the same issue so maybe an improvement there to be made

It was very nice overall, there was noticeable wear and tear especially in the lobby. Fantastic view of the ocean.

our check in was super fast and easy, room faced the 101 freeway so we could hear every car, truck that went by, I even heard a Tesla go by. when we were walking to check out we noticed how dirty the floor was we were on the second floor we stay at Hilton Hotels all the time this was the first time we observed so much litter on the carpet. Our room was clean we won't stay at this one again.

Excellent hotel as usual. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, gym, quiet and safe location, conveniently located.

First room had No heat. Next room shower nozzle barely worked and it took about 30 min to get hot water

Nice, safe & clean place to stay. Had a weird smellin 1st floor hallway upon arrival, but cleared eventually. Located right next to various shopping locations.

We were in a handicap-accessible room, which was great for spaciousness! The room itself is tired! The wallpaper in the bathroom is discolored with black moldy looking parts. The bathtub surround is stained and been repaired haphazardly. There were ants in the bathroom around the tub. Worst of all was that there was no hot water this morning during my shower. It wasn’t frigid, but not even lukewarm either. It was 5:30am, so not the height of showering for most guests. In talking to another guest in the lobby, their shower was also cold. The continental breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed it. Usual fare of yoplait, toast, waffle-fixins, oatmeal, cereal, and maple sausage and scrambled eggs. Cindy, the attendant in the breakfast area was attentive and helpful. Breakfast is the only real reason why I gave the rating of poor instead of terrible.

Depending on who was manning tge front counter you were greeted, otherwise you think they gad to pay to day hello. Most of the time the staff just stared at you as you cane and went. Also upon check in i was told that i was upgraded because i wanted a bathtub. It would've been nice to be asked The bedsheets didnt fit the bed. My phone would never charge in the room. It had all types of usb cords but nothing would charge my phone. I am thinking of a different hotel if i return to the area. This hotel has good prices on their rooms.
