She is so kind and personable that you feel like you’ve known her for ages. I felt welcome as soon as I started speaking with her. The hotel is also so clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely be staying here each time I come to Asheville :)

For an older hotel it has been renovated/updated. Very clean rooms at a reasonable price. I had no issues during my weeks stay and everyone at the front desk was nice when I did need something. I recommended that they start having the individually wrapped biscuits like most Choice Hotels are going to. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice newer hotel in modern deco. The complete hotel is very clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious with double blinds for sun and privacy. The spacious bathroom has a nice step in shower. The amenities are great! Nice pool, workout room & a great breakfast. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!
