Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and guest centered focus. Rooms are average sized but comfortable. Noce large bathtub with nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable as was the sofa for relaxing. Main restaurant offered an excellent selection for breakfast, with indoor or outdoor seating. Jiggers bar / restaurant on the rooftop is good with a great selection, large potions and very helpful staff. Nice cocktails - just the thing to watch the sunset over the harbour. Outdoor or indoor seating. Ouzo restaurant is poor and caters mostly for locals. Very smoky atmosphere pervades the whole restaurant, and there is only an electronic menu. Staff not very enthusiastic or helpful. Stick to Jiggers, especially if you are a foreigner.

Amazing staff very helpful and cheery unlike the Crown Plaza at Old city. Room was clean modern and stunning view from 7th floor. Pool outdoors and indoors.

Our flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul was delayed due to bad weather, so we ended up checking in after midnight, but we were able to check in without any problems. The location was within walking distance to get around and there was a lot to see. When the drain in the shower room was clogged and water overflowed, they responded right away. Thank you very much.

Everything was fine, without the temperature in the room. My expectations of a 5-star hotel are that I control the temperature in my room and not the hotel manager. We had 26 degrees (Celsius) in the room, which made us sweat and sometimes sleepless, after we had given ourselves presents, we were advised to turn off the air conditioning (only air), which did not help at all. Sleeping with the window open was impossible as the hotel is near a main road

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

The room is nice, neat and clean, with advanced facilities, but the room is a bit small, and the bed is okay, not one meter long. The service is also good, and the breakfast variety is more than that of ordinary hotels. The location is in the Asian area, it is not very convenient to go to the attractions. The room has a door that can be opened, and the ventilation is very good.

I decided to stay at this hotel because I was attracted by the ”city view” tagline and the discount rate, but the room I was initially shown to had only the wall of the neighboring building and the air conditioning ducts visible outside the window. I explained the situation to the hotel and Trip.com, and after some negotiating, they changed me to a room three floors higher. The front desk and other service were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great, so I'm glad I stayed there.

Iit was my last nights in Instanbul and I wanted a nice comfortable somewhat luxurious hotel after having been in Instanbul for weeks and staying in budget friendly hotels with small bathrooms. The Holiday Inn suited me perfectly and it's a 15 minute taxi ride to Kadikoy.

The accommodation is clean and the service is good. I am very impressed and I will definitely come back to use the service again because I like this place. I really commend you to come and see a guy you will feel comfortable.😊

The staff are very kind, hospitable people. I think the location of the hotel is great. Reliable and close to kadıköy bull. The bathroom design is very cool and beautiful. What I can say as a problem is that I got the cheapest room. Unfortunately, there is no glass etc. in this room and therefore the room is very hot and breathless. I am sure this room is spacious in other rooms (with glass or balcony idk). Since I had urgent business, I checked out of the hotel without staying. I don't know if I could sleep at night in a breathless and hot environment. But as I said, this may not be the case in other rooms. They already informed me about the condition of the room at the reception, so I don't see a problem. A quiet, calm, pleasant hotel.
