Ants were crawling down the wall when we woke up. I had to carry all of our belongings to another room on another floor.

The stay was great. It was cut short due to weather and the front desk agent approved the refund. How do i process that?

The fist room had ants, the second room the door card reader didn’t work. The third room was ok, but dirty. The card reader on the door didn’t work good

The room was old, dingy, bathroom door full of rust, tub full of mold to top it a half dead cockroach. Moved to the next room there were crumbs on the floor, enough dust in the vents to choke someone, stains on the couch’s I was afraid to even check the beds. That’s when we left. We weren’t even there for an hour in 2 rooms and just grossed out.

I always love staying here when I’m in town visiting family. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, decent breakfast!

room was ok, it had some stains. but the hidden $50 incidental fee at check in was a unpleasant surprise

The hotel is in a decent location. Parking is cramped. The physical condition is just okay. The carpet in the lobby has bunched up. The beds had encasements on them, but the sheets and pillowcase had stains on them. The bathroom was mostly clean except for some random blue hair strands that were stuck to the shower wall and had stained the wall. It smelled fine, and looked clean. The door locks are being replaced next wee, which is good since they are broken. The breakfast is pitiful. You get what you pay for.

Staff was nice and we have stayed there a couple times. Rooms seem to be in need of repair down a bit. my sink had a crack in it and the shower head seemed to have seen its better days. Not a bad hotel for the price.

Bathroom had food caked on the support rail. Lot of mold. Seating area also had crumbs on the floor. Room overall not clean.
