The staff were great. Breakfast was substantial but only if you like the offering, we didn’t, but perhaps that’s just personal choice. Location was great.

We had an amazing time. The staff and management were very helpful with anything we might’ve needed. The morning breakfast was on point and helped start the day on the right foot. Definitely would book again. Close to all the major locations for food, shopping and famous architecture.

I am furious that I have been charged twice for my stay at this hotel. I have been charged AUD 719 by ******* and AUD 595 by the hotel.
Neither the hotel nor ******* has made any attempt to correct this.
In all other respects the staff were very helpful.

First impression of the neighbouring buildings doesnt reflect the quality of this Hotel. Excellent service with clean accommodation. The staff go out their way to help. The beds and pilllows are really comfy so would highly recommend. Great quiet location regardless its only a couple minutes walk from a street of restaurants and bars.

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were fantastic, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Breakfast was awesome! I didn’t even feel like I was just another guest. Felt more like a home that’s how caring everyone was. I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone. Can’t beat the location.

Hotel room was great. The staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. The breakfast basket served daily was large with a lots items to choose from and tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!
