They charge $30 per night to park your car but don't tell you that ahead of time. The parking is super hard to find. I circled the block 4 times. Their system is confusing, so make sure you read their emails thoroughly.
The room was big, and the people that worked there were helpful. It was clean.

Calm, cozy, nice stay. Big supermarket is close. Well equipped with home appliances. Clean. Very satisfied and recommendable to all.

When visiting , pay for property parking. It’s $30/night . The nearest parking lot near hotel has bad crime . They broke my sister back window when she came to visit me . And they broke into my boyfriend’s car as well when he came to see me . Along side other cars that were there we saw. Please if you will have company or your own rental or car , PAY FOR PROPERTY PARKING!! But the property is just beautiful and amazing!! I will come back and make sure i pay for property parking next visit .

It was not as clean as it could have been and very thin walls. They did provide earplugs and a noise machine. I was given a room on a wing that was under construction and they quickly moved me and that was wonderful

Other than the Midtown Atlanta location being convenient for work, unfortunately I can't list any other positives. There was furniture in the lobby, common room on our floor, and in our room that was dirty. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. The carpets had debris on them in some areas. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Our washing machine didn't work, which I was notified of through email. I was told I would receive notice of the repairman's visit. When the time came, I received a phone call saying the repairman was there - no notice. We weren't in the room and didn't appreciate a stranger in our room with our personal belongings. The fire alarm also went off twice during our stay, both times a false alarm. We will not be choosing Sonder again in the future.

The hotel is not in the heart of Midtown, but I knew that and the location on the southern edge of Midtown is reflected in the price. The hotel now has a manned desk and the staff was courteous and helpful. The property is modern, clean and well-maintained. The one-bedroom suite was large and fully equipped. Internet was reliable. There is a Publix around the corner and restaurants within a few blocks. My only complaint is that $30 per day for parking seems a bit high.

Secure private parking was a huge plus! The apartment had a pungent stale/foul odor, carpet was disgusting with stains, walls hadn’t been cleaned (looked like ever). Bathroom had old soap/shampoo build up on dispensers, baseboards and corners coated with hair and dust. Broken coffee pot. The pull out bed was slanted down and a total joke. Main bed wasn’t any better, it was so hard if you rolled off, the floor would give.
Apartment size and location were good.
