Our room was clean and comfortable. It appears to have been recently updated. The breakfast was good and gave us a few choices. The front desk staff, specifically WIndy, was very welcoming and friendly.

A/C-heater unit ran loud and rumbled all night long. Woke us several times.
No cable programs to TV despite resetting converter box.
Bathroom faucet valve sprayed water across counter.

This property was sub standard for a Best Western. They had me on the 2nd floor and no handicapped accessibility. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and they water took so long to go down the drain. The tv remote didn't work properly at all. It took at least 30 minutes to figure out. I called to ask what time breakfast was on Saturday and the lady was quite curt with her response. Breakfast sandwich was rock hard. Heat lamp did not heat the bathroom. Never again!
