Staff is very friendly. The rooms were spacious and we were able to prepare our own meals which saved us needing to go out all the time. It is located in front of a Walmart if you need anything. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. They have a fire pit at night that we enjoyed . We were able to socialize with other travelers which was fun. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have a few small problems which were addressed immediately, so A+++ for customer service. Highly recommend.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Portland. We stay there one night after visiting Portland. Due to covid-19, the hotel is very quite. The room is very clean. The breakfast is in the bag. You go to front desk to pick it up. It’s very simple, one banana and two small snacks. But you can get coffee and hot water in the breakfast room.

I attended the SureStay Hotel and was welcome hospitably by the front desk service. I was given all the appropriate information about my room, and stay. They have a yummy complimentary breakfast buffet that my wife and I enjoyed. Our stay was short but very satisfied, we’ll definitely be returning here.

The service is always great! Breakfast is convenient and lots of choices. The cleanliness of the showers is not always stellar, we have found many hairs from previous guests in the shower. One thing I’d love to see is outside plug ins for guests with diesel pickups in these cold cold temps.
