M The location was excellent — close to shops, cafes, and main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great value and perfect for both short and long stays in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent Budget Stay with a Few Setbacks The property is about a 25–30 minute drive from the airport via Uber, and we paid NZD 48 for the ride. Check-in was smooth ,we got our room key within 5 minutes. We booked for 2 nights and paid less than expected compared to other hotels in Auckland. The room was basic, as expected for the price. However, we had issues with the electricity ,the circuit would trip whenever we plugged in the heater provided by the hotel, making it difficult to stay warm. On our last night, the lights kept turning on and off, and we had to rely on our phone flashlights since we didn’t want to keep calling reception. On the bright side, the WiFi was strong enough to play PUBG without any problems. The location is also great , we enjoyed a morning walk to the Sky Tower and nearby parks. There are several restaurants within walking distance too. Overall, it’s okay for a short budget stay, but the electrical issues definitely need to be addressed.

Didn't get to stay, as my wallet was stolen, lost my ID, so they wouldn't check me in. After booking online 2 nights earlier. It's been 8 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. Where's my money kiwi international hotel "? I want my money back ".

The location is good with restaurants and convenient stores easily accessible. They had a microwave downstairs which was good as I always couldn’t finish my food at the restaurant and had to take it back to the hotel. The receptionists were all super nice. However, the room had no adjustable temperature access. Plugs are situated inconveniently about in the room. The shower cap wasn’t clean either. Overall it is a very good hotel with very reasonable price.I will stay there again but probably change rooms. I do recommend it.

Small and compact room but very comfortable and felt secure. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and I didn’t have to wait to use them.

Very good for the price. Convenient location near the city centre. It was clean and I appreciated having a kettle and sink in the room. Highly recommended.
