The bus stop is just in front of hotel. Queens street and Town Hall are within walking distance. Have visited the nearby State Library, very impressive with the arrangement and setup. Have a deposit hold of NZD 200.

There's a kitchen available for cooking, and the overall space is very sufficient. Daily housekeeping is provided, and there's a small children's play park downstairs. It's in a pretty good CBD location.

I had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having a washing machine was extremely convenient. One of my favorite features was the spa bathtub, and it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland. Thank you for the excellent service!

Microwave didn’t work, wooden bifold wall between bathroom and room didn’t close properly and the toilet was hard to flush.

Great spacious room w/ spa and a lovely view of the park. Great location and value for money. Room fittings a bit dated and glassware a bit of a mish mash but other from that OK and good experience. Staff friendly but facilities seem a bit let down.
