It was good I was surprised that the hotel staff kept changing. Everyone was friendly In particular, the woman and the slightly older man with gray hair were so sweet that I was very happy until I checked out. thank you When I come back to Augsburg I want to come here again :)

The hotel room was as clean as shown in the picture, and although I used a room across from the elevator, I could barely hear people, perhaps because the soundproofing was better than I thought. I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I really enjoyed the air conditioner 🥰 The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, I can't sleep well because the mattress is uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep 🤩 Wahnsinnig gute Matratze, echt gut geschlafen 🤓 Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🙋🏻

The hotel location was good and the staff were friendly. The location was close to downtown, so it was great to see things and eat nearby. I think I'll come back again the next time I visit Augsburg.

The room was large and the breakfast was delicious. I visited for a business trip, but I had a good rest at the Augusta Hotel. It's an old hotel, but it's clean and cool with air conditioning.

Great location in the center of Augsburg. We were able to walk everywhere we needed easily. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful: one lady on staff gave us a fantastic recommendation for a traditional Bavarian restaurant a stone's throw from the hotel! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Was very close to the train station . Had a great organic store, bakery next door . . Where you could pick up things if you needed A great Hamburger place near the hotel . Friendly staff ….

Hotel location is great. Easy walk to sights and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean. Easy check on.

Very handy to visit Christmas market and other shopping.

A lovely hotel and spacious, comfortable room. Easy walking distance to the old town, shopping area and the cathedral. Obliging and helpful staff. The only drawback was not having a parking area so we had to use the car park next door and at 20€ per day it was not cheap. Other than that this was an excellent experience and the hotel itself is value for money.

convenient hotel, walkable distance to main center, supermarket nearby make it easier, no refrigerator available in the room but you can leave stuff at reception to cool. Room had AC. Internet was bad. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Air-conditioning. Property right in the center, just a few steps from the main square. Plenty of shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops nearby.

I picked this location as it is only a short ride outside of Munich. The hotel felt very American- with its huge size room (compared to most European Hotels) I did not purchase the breakfast as I wanted to enjoy the local goods of a smaller Germany city. The location was good and it had air-conditioning - which is not as common in Europe. If you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the train station (to ride to Munich) this is a great deal.
