The good- owners seem to be putting time and money into improvements. The bad- the property really really needs the improvements. Smoke detector was hanging buy wires from the ceiling. Some electrical plugs were non-functional. Toilet paper rack was pulled away from wall

the stay was great really close to our location clean rooms friendly service.

Seemed like it was recently bought out and was under remodel.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Management was courteous and professional. Breakfast was what we expected, and they brought out more food as we requested it. Would definitely stay here again. Plus it's right next door to a Cracker Barrel where we had dinner!

The room was surprisingly attractive, quiet and peaceful. I had appointments at Augusta University Hospital, and this Sleep Inn proved to be a nice stay between appointments. The breakfast area is much larger than many, and was well stocked.

My family and I visited Augusta for a basketball tournament. Unfortunately our Airbnb was canceled last minute due to a flood in the property. Most hotels near by where the games took placed were all booked. We had to Stay in this location. I don’t know where to start this place was just a dump. Rooms are definitely not cleaned properly. This place should not be allowed to be open it should be condemned. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE.

I was reluctant to stay at this hotel because of a past experience which wasn't so good. I am so happy I decided to stay here because upon arrival, I met the nicest person at the front desk. Her smile was very warm and she was very nice, which made me very comfortable. The overall atmosphere here "now" is very welcoming and pleasant! Thank you so much for changing management and bringing Ms. Inez here as Manager. She works very hard to keep the hotel clean, which includes the laundry. The rooms are cleaner and smells amazing when walking into them. The staff here doesn't look stressed as before, and I enjoy staying here. None of this was the case before. Ok, so for starters the front desk lady for 1st shift absolutely amazing, the room I rented had only had the beds made up bathroom shower soap and empty shampoo, nasty microwave, nasty fridge toe nails tooth paste in the sink and hair. They were booked so I ended up cleaning the room for myself and my children, on top of the manager was a very nasty and for some God offal reason every time she lay eyes on me , she flair her nose..... I will never be back to this hell hole EVER

Things are definitely post Covid...and at Sleep Inns. I checked in ~2:00 PM, the check in attendant was chatting with a service rep, as I waited....she seemed to struggle with the computer. After a~ 5 minutes they completed their business. AS I was being checked in, I saw an advertisement for "Chili's" I asked if it was close by, she instructed me with incorrect driving direction, just up around the corner. There was a an elderly Indian couple would were discussing in the breezeway, the husband quickly entered the elevator, and deliberately held the door open as he argued for his wife to enter, this last for ~ three minutes, No apologies. The room carpet was stained....no air was running, not sure when cleaned last. The morning "hot breakfast" was biscuits and gravy, period. The night attendant and morning breakfast attendant were less than sociable... and unless I witnessed them behind the counter, I would have thought they were homeless people, given their dress and appearance. Oh My...sad.
