Updated outside but still a very old hotel inside. Hallways are musty and old smelling. The elevator is sketchy. Beds are comfortable but the hotel needs renovations and updating.

Parking was a bit crazy due to construction around the area but all else was great

Check in and checkout was not great, absence of personnel

Watch for charges for parking and expensive food Nice hotel but no free breakfast. Nice bar with some food but expensive. Charged $10 per night for parking. The parking is the regular lot out in front of the hotel. No covered or valet. Had to go out in rain to put the parking sticker on my own car. This is just a way to get money without you being aware up front. Ridiculous. You would not pay this in comparable hotels.

Love and GT Room was wonderful.. lounge was very nice. Pool looked great, love the wall art.

Charged for a smoking charge. I don’t smoke.

I liked the indoor pool. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast attendant had a bad attitude and ignored me while waiting in line. Homeless people walking around property. Clean facility. Didnt tell me when booking and surprised me upon arrival with a $200 freeze on my bank account for incidentals and 10 days to return it. Room furniture needs updating. Had 70s wood grain paneling.
