The place is exactly as it appears in photos, modern and clean. The apartment is supplied with everything you need, including soap and shampoo. There is also a water filter attached to the kitchen sink, and all the utensils you need. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and consideration into making the place pleasant to stay in. In terms of location, there are plenty of local restaurants, plus international places like a Korean restaurant and various fast food places such as Pizza Hut and KFC. We chose this apartment because it was near the airport and our flight was early in the morning. I definitely recommend choosing this place if you want to stay somewhere without tons of tourists and want to get a feel for local living.

The location was great, but there could be times when outsiders may park at your designated parking space. Cleanliness wise was okay but could be improved a bit. Overall, it was an okay stay if you just need a good place to rest.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge Afiq during check in. He was extremely courteous extremely polite. Room is slightly smaller than imagined which I think is due to the layout yet fully functional. Smart TV had netflix, youtube and prime which wad AWESOME. Water pressure good with hot water. Room came with clean towels and bed sheets. Toilet was bigger than expected. Room seems a little rundown though. Cleanliness will be an issue for some eg. stains on the sofa and alot of dirt under the bed. Ohh yeah we had an encounter with mr roach which I dealt with swiftly. 🥲

Booked for my family of 7 for one night on 26th Dec. Arrived at 5pm but unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready. We finally managed to check in at 6.30pm and allowed for late checkout at 4pm next day. Due to the pandemic situation, limited numbers of guests can use the pool at one time. Completely understandable. The management created, for my opinion, an irrelevant SOP for the pool. When checking in u need to book time to use the pool. Only 10person per hour. By the time the 10th group checked in, the pool booking already full. When i visited the pool the next morning, the group that booked the pool for the hour didn't show up & the pool left empty because people who didn't managed to book the pool earlier were denied entry & the people who booked did not show up. Should've make First In First Out rule. I did raised my concern twice to the reception & also manager on duty. They said they cannot do anything about the rule. Most of the guests were family with kids, of course all want to enjoy the pool. The pool booking system/SOP was absurd. The apartment was superb though. But the elevators does not make sense. And as an accommodation by the beach, would appreciate if you can provide some kind of facilities so that guests can clean themselves after enjoying the beach so the lobby won't be as messy. Your security guard locked the tap water at the beach entrance. I guess my stay would be much better if it wasn't the long weekend, but you guys can improve. Apartment was excellent, i got the sea view one. Your staff were good & patient.

Beautiful hotel with a superb view of the beach. You can see the view the moment you step into the hotel as the reception is open to the veranda where you can see the beach. Room is clean and comfy. Wifi is strong. Good breakfast. Many options provided and there is a coffee machine provided as well which is great to start the day. Restaurant is also facing the sea. Staffs are friendly and approachable. For restaurants within walking distance, there are only a few options so just take note of that. There is a convenience shop beside the hotel.

This is my second time staying in this hotel within less than 3months! I just love it And I’m fact this time I came with my sister’s family as well and they are equally love it! The staff are very friendly and professional! As the hotel has high occupancy rate, we had problem with hotel parking however the hotel security manage to help and accommodate our needs! That’s what we look for when you come for vacation comfort and friendly people around you! Just look at the pictures that I took from my room! Can you beat that? It is just wow experience Will I come back again? You bet ❤️

Sunway hotel always be my first choice, staff are polite, helpful, even the security are friendly and helpful, they reserve parking lots for regular guest and is free of charge. Shopping mall is just 200m away, with many foods and fashion outlets, walking distance from the hotel have many restaurants and cafe for food and some even open 24 hours. Hotel rooms are well maintain and bottle water are supply unlimited to room. Coffee house in the hotel ground floor also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Check in process ok. Problem started dkt bilik, aircond rosak. Then nk tukar bilik took almost 30mins. Without any proper complimentary ke apa. Both bilik lama and bilik baru not so clean. Shower ada rambut sampai tersumbat. Then bunyi kereta motor bas lori semua boleh dgr even from tingkat 10. Breakfast biasa biasa je. Not worth to try again i think..

The best hotel in kulim. Helpful staffs, clean, spacious room. Yasmeen nasi kandar just next door and other eateries within walking distance.

I thought this hotel was the same as another budget hotel but I was wrong. This hotel is too amazing for me. The decoration, the interior and the furniture are so nice. I feel like I'm staying at a 4 star hotel. Overall, I love this hotel so much especially their mirror haha
