Fedrania Gardens Hotel

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Neglected, dirty and poor service. The young lady at the reception who couldn't handle anything. The room was completely unprepared for our arrival, lacking a full set of towels and bedding for my daughter. Not recommend it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I was solo travelling and literally just wanted a room to sleep in but this was absolutely disgusting. However the area is lovely, The locals are friendly, beautiful beaches and lots of great shops/restaurants so find another hotel in the area and visit beautiful Cyprus. *Witnessed the Male receptionist urinating against the hotel wall. *unsafe hotel room - broken door that did not lock -they refused to swap my room or fix the door. *stains of blood and dirt on bedding and towels - refused to give new towels. *broken and dirty shower - refused to fix. *hair found on the bedding and in bathroom (not my hair) *dirt everywhere. *the bed literally looked like someone had slept in it. Not how you'd expect it to look. The room looked nothing like the photos online. *Disgusting smell *no signal on my phone when going into the room, yet just outside the door it came back fully. *broken furniture (My hotel provider managed to get me a new room 2 days later - there was still stains on the bedsheets and towels and alot of dirt and broken furniture but it had a safe door). *rooms are not cleaned during stay and towels not changed. I was there for 10nights. *extremely rude staff member who made multiple visitors cry and then laughed at them in their face. She out right refused to help me, despite me being very polite and even apologising for complaining. *staff all relaying different information regarding check in time (this started at 2pm then 2.30pm then 3.30pm) and rules. *I didnt see one person use the swimming pool - I cant say I blame them it stunk and looked dirty. *sunbeds were broken so can't be used. *50euro damage deposit (cash only) is worrying when you then find so much damaged in your room - luckily my hotel provider got mine back. A few people seemed to be booking into other hotels locally instead of this one. Honestly, take these negative experiences seriously. I didnt and I wish I had of. It was awful. I've never experienced anything like it.

I do not recommend. never again.mold, mess.the service is a disaster, not helpful at all. avoid this place. there is no WiFi in the rooms even though it says so.only in the lobby near the reception

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, LUXURY ROOM, JUNIOR SUITE WITH PRIVATE POOL, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT RECEPTION, CLEAN ROOM EVERYDAY , INFINITY POOL, IT' S REALLY COMPARATE 4* HOTEL. PROBABLY IT'S THE BEST CHOICE AT AYLA NAPA , BEST PRICE, AND CLOSE TO NISSI BEACH. JUST 10 MINUTES WALKING.

Honestly spend your money else where! Had to spend 50£ on a deposit for a poxy room key firstly then was told we couldn’t check in till 1400 and we arrived at 6am ok, we’ll sit by the pool and have a chat whilst the hours go by would be nice if there wasn’t missing fabric in the sun loungers 🤣massive deep holes missing, also not ti mention there’s shrieks swamp at the back of the villa all algy growing out of it propa green ses pit, anyways get into our room was okay from the outside looking in further bathroom mirror had rust on bathroom toilet door everytime you opened it banged into the toilet only one tiny bit or air conditioning which by times was going on whilst there was growing mold underneath, bedsheet were dirty only get one pillow which is thinner than a piece of paper Lighting in the rooms are absolutely shocking, there was a piece of paper covering up a hole in the wall. And this is just the room. I’m not one to complain ever but honestly this was an absolute sh**hole. All around the pool was all the dirt building up just needs a good clean two massive palm trees in the middle of the pool cool lovely till the little seeds/ berry’s and falling into the water. Rubbish everywhere. CLEANERS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHINB ABSOLUTELY USELESS stayed here for 7 days and the cleaner only cleaned our room once I say cleaned hardly did that just folded up the sheets at the end of our beds and called it a day I think🤣 staff are unbelievable asked the women about a safe as there was reviews about the maids nicking stuff Poor women made up number on the spot and said “20€ for safe then 3€ per day” rightttttt how’s that work then??? How has she actually come up with that?? Anyways fast forward a couple of days me and my best friend was sitting outside by reception and we hear a man complaining about his room about the bed sheets being dirty and that there’s black hair everywhere to what the receptionist (the same women) said If he would like to change his room that he will have to pay an extra €200 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣again absolute joke there’s 2 parts of this hotel by the entrance is the hell hole by the bottom bit it doesn’t seem to bad but I didn’t get a look in by the rooms there so could be the same same cleaners throughout, finally leaving the hotel we had to ask reception to call a taxi for us we had to wait 20 mins for the man to appear from somewhere to actually do his job when he got to the desk he was on the phone to his girlfriend for a good 10 minutes beofre we could even ask him for a taxi to the airport!!!! HONESTLY DONT COME HERE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Only good thing about this place was the iced frappes.

Really great time in Fedrania, I want to go back! I booked the junior suite room with private pool. The room was amazing with nice pool and we got breathtaking view! The hotel look like 4 stars hotel, better than I expected! We got present as well: fruit plate and sparkling wine. Bed is comfortable, pools are clean, breakfast is good and big plate. Own pool also very clean and nice temperature. You can choose from menu at breakfast.So were happy there and feel like in luxury hotel:) 1 point minus because of the cleaning quality wasn’t nice. They need deep cleaning sometimes. For example: limescales., cigarette in the sunbed, change the used, scratched bed linen, towels.I recommend more caring managament and european cleaners.

After booking before reading reviews was a little bit apprehensive but after saying for 7 nights from 1st sept I can’t honestly understand the complainers! We had a swim up room AMAZING! Pool AMAZING jacuzzi AMAZING. First time in Cyprus both in our 40s and probably one of my fav holidays EVER! Staff were great very helpful , restaurant staff brilliant housekeeping staff were none stop and lovely and helpful. Hotel was respectfully quiet with a mixed age group but close to 3 beautiful beaches . Harbour and ***** were walking distance or €10 in taxi . Harbour had some lovely restaurants along the bay . Closest beach also had some lovely restaurants with sea views and staff were lovely . Worst holiday blues ever on returning home and would visit again in a heartbeat 💓 missing the cats 🫶🏼😆

Surprisingly large hotel grounds, 2 lovely pools, the main pool was a highlight. Basic but very clean room. Nice reception staff. On a quiet street but close to Nissi Avenue and the beach. We came just 'off season' so hotel was pretty quiet, which was ideal really. The restaurant and bar didn't seem fully operational, only at certain points in the day, but with it being a quieter hotel, seems to be expected. Great value hotel.

Stayed at the hotel last week for five nights with my teenage son I have nothing bad to report. We had an amazing time very local to all the shops and restaurants, very friendly staff clean rooms and both pools are amazing :)
