"The perfect family holiday! We travelled with our nearly 7 year old son and our cousins and their 2 girls aged 4 and 8. Firstly the customer service is the best I’ve experienced at a hotel (closely followed by our holidays in Dubai) I want to say never before have I visited a hotel and learned so many of the staffs names and had so much positive feedback to say about them in a review… Room Although we were holidaying together, my cousin forgot to call up and link our bookings, so on check in we were put in a pool view family room in the main building (room 303) and they were put in the same room type but not in the main building (room 715) We were happy with our room although theirs was definitely nicer - it was slightly more upgraded decor wise and had a newly updated electrics control system. We wanted to be closer to them so we spoke to reception on day one and although they couldn’t move us straight away, they without hesitation arranged to move us next door to our family at the earliest opportunity which was 3 days into our 11 night stay which we were very happy with and we loved our new room! (Room 716) The only downside to being in the main building was having to wait all the time for the lifts and the lifts were right outside our room so it could be quite noisy but our new room was lovely and peaceful. Also the first few nights were quite warm as the air con hadn’t been turned on but by our second week, it was switched on and I slept much better! Food Best food I’ve ever had in a hotel hands down (and we have been on many many holidays) every morning I was having eggs benedict with sour dough bread, rocket, oregano tomatoes, “low fat” bacon, yoghurt with berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, almond infused honey etc etc the food was so fresh, so plentiful and so delicious! Normally by week 2 of a holiday I am starting to get a bit bored of the food but I could have stayed and eaten here forever. Spyros and Androulla who are front of house at the main restaurant are so lovely and friendly and extremely good at their jobs, from very early on Spyros remembered there were 7 of us in our group and he would see us and say “ahh the lucky 7!” And Androulla was so friendly and chatty, they always put a smile on our faces when visiting the restaurant. There were lots of different theme food nights with Cypriot night being our favourite 😍 We visited both of the À la carte restaurants, we struggled to get reservations so spoke to Hosam at reception who managed to book us in (he was also the one who arranged for us to move rooms) so big thank you and shout out to him! The snack bar Wow…. All kept behind a glass counter and served to you at your request - fruit, yoghurts, cakes, sandwiches, the most DELICIOUS salads, hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, chips, the tastiest chicken nuggets which our kids loved! Falafel wraps and the most sensational chicken gyros 😍 then next to that, ice cream bar - again served to you with a range"

"The best hotel in Ayia Napa. It's a bit far from the sea, but the beach nearby isn't so great. You have to drive to the great beaches, so its location isn't really important. The pool is gorgeous. The service is excellent. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The cleaning is like being in a hospital. Under the bed was always spotless. The service is magical. In this hotel, you truly feel like a welcome guest, loved and expected again 😅… There are various taverns, a pharmacy, and a store nearby, which is very convenient. The party street is a 10-minute walk away. If I ever return to Ayia Napa, I would choose this hotel again. It's magnificent. It truly has captured my heart ♥️"

The location is excellent, quiet and not noisy. The maneger Stella, the chef and the staff are the best. The service is simply VIP. "Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. We stayed in the main building and our rooms were modern, very nice, and spotlessly clean. The rooms may not be the largest, but they are big enough for two adults. We stayed on a B&B basis with the breakfast buffet. The food was okay with a fairly good selection, but PLEASE stop serving those jelly‑like scrambled eggs – strange flavour and texture, completely inedible. Do them properly or don’t serve them at all; they were honestly disgusting. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and professional. The lady in the spa who does the massages is an ABSOLUTE GEM. All six of us had a full‑body massage and felt relaxed and well looked after. The hotel is literally on the beach, so you don’t have to go far for a swim in the sea or the pool. Hotel is walkable distance from the Marina and public transport on the main road."

"The hotel is very central to everywhere. Near the harbour which has a beautiful beach The choices of food is very good, have so much verity and you can have snack at the pool bar if you miss lunch"

"A bit dissapointing! Beware of all the extra charges! Online it says that there is tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is no tea bags or coffee and they charge you €2.50 for an adaptor so you can actually plug in the kettle! Also no bottled water provided in the room. But thankfully they do provide the cups for your non-existent drinks! The t.v also requires an adaptor to plug in and they give you no remote control. You have to pay €20 for a remote. And all needs to be in cash. The air conditioning doesnt change temperature when you adjust the dial, doesnt change fan speeds either. This hotel has very poorly decorated rooms, they look unfinished, with paint splatters and poorly patched holes. They are clearly trying to save money any way they can, while still charging more than some of the nicer hotels. Beds are comfortable and the location is great. Just very overpriced for what you get! Stayed in much nicer and cleaner beachside places in Napa for less money!"
