Today, May 27, l left the hotel where I spent a week. The hotel left a good impression, corresponds to the description specified in the advertisement. Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location close to the beach and shops. The hotel staff is attentive. Special thanks to the receptionist Janet for her friendly attitude and positivity, unlike the second woman working at the reception (I don’t know her name as she was always unfriendly) I recommend this hotel for budget clients

Amazing help, easy check in and would happily come again. Staff were very welcoming and happy to upgrade our room when requested. Would reccomend this hotel to any friends and family and would definitely stay here again in the future. Olga especially helpful. Thank you !

Good place to go if you’re a young group of friends, wouldn’t recommend to family’s or older couples who want a quiet night . There was 6 of us girls and we had no issues with the place, did what we needed which was a place to stay 5 min walk to the ***** , 10-15 to the nearest beach lots of food places around and other things to do. We arrived late so had self check in which was easy everything communicated by the hotel and let us leave our bags there the day we checked out. We had already read online that you have to pay for more toilet roll so just brought extra in our suitcases, we were only there 3 nights so no having room service wasn’t an issue. Full of teenagers like us being loud so would steer clear if you want peace and quiet.

Once these people have your money they couldn't care less about you . We have fundamental issues with our room . The reception staff are rarely there ..when they are on site they are rude and refuse to deal with broken essential amienities. We tried contacting the parent company who are avoiding our concerns and there is no phone contact number to help . We feel extremely let down by the lack of consideration here . Visit at your own caution ...would definitely not recommend

The rooms were very good, comfy and very clean. Everything was very pleasing we were a big group of people, and we faced no difficulties in communication. We also had a great host Mr. Ivanos that made sure that we had our best time while staying in Napa. Best place to go, dont hesitate to book. Very good and honest people managing the place. Thanks ivanos again🙏

The plug sockets don’t work. No one cleaned our room for over a week. We had to constantly keep asking for toilet roll and fresh towels. So so incredibly noisy it’s actually unbelievable. You just have to experience it to understand. Our shower door was broken so couldn’t close properly and the water would come out. The decoration in the room literally felt like it was a mental asylum. No staff after 5:30 so it feels like a free for all. Everyone in the pool screaming at all hours of the night. We complained and asked to move rooms as we were right next to the pool and we’re told no and to ring a security number as no one was meant to be in the pool at this time. We did ring the number and was told no one was available to be called out to the apartments. Worst place ever. Positive is that it is very close to the *****, like a 5 minute walk.

This could have been a 2 except for one person - Bill. The man is brand new there and tried his best to resolve my issues. The low rating had nothing to do with his level of service. The low rating comes from a horrible toilet area, quality of linens etc, and lack of common sense items, such as paper towels,etc. I went two days with cold water for a shower and then two with warm. Cyprus uses solar powered water heating, which doesn’t work the same way as US for most part. Beautiful part of the world though. There was also no room assigned to me when we arrived (my son and I), after a number of emails/texts regarding my accommodations.

Worst holiday ever. When we turned up, the room hadn't been cleaned and had to wait 4 hours for them to clean it. Staff were rude and ignorant - Didn't listen to us when we said there was bugs in our room 24/7 and stains on the sheets. Rooms were cleaned once in the week we stayed and they came in at 8am. Pool could fit about 3 people in and most the time we had to sunbathe on the floor with our towels. Only good thing was how close it was to the clubs. Do not recommend.

Value for money. Excellent bedroom and also very clean. Also the pool though was very relaxing especially in the night. It is very centrally located and in a wlakong distance from restaurants, bars, shops and clubs. The bar was also serving lots of drinks and good quality drinks. Though centrally located, it was very quiet and relaxing.

HORRIBLE, never book this hotel. First of all we went there because the photos were attractive but no opinion, we said to ourselves that it was because it was a new hotel and we took this hotel anyway. We arrived, we did not have the reserved room (the new rooms) but old rooms. These old rooms stink of mold, there are no dishes, no hand soap, no tea towel, nothing to clean, the water in the shower is clogged and overflows in the whole bathroom at the end of 2 mins of shower. The smell was awful, all our stuff was musty. The air conditioning did not work, we had no ironing board or hair dryer as indicated on the site. NO person is present on the scene, people were doing parties until 5 a.m. with the music blasting in the pool. The front door could open half the time, the fridge broken. After 2 days of living in this abomination, we contacted the managers to change our room and put us in the new rooms that we had reserved at the base: they changed our room but put us in another old room which was just as rotten. I recommend anyone to go to this hotel, which is still under construction I think, all the French people we met in the hotel complained and said it was horrible. Never go there!!!!

From + To the beach 12 minutes at a leisurely pace. Nearby there are pharmacies, supermarkets and cafes. 7-10 minutes to the main street. There is a mini kitchen in the room (stove fridge washing kettle and pans pots plates forks) Breakfast and dinner in October 2021 is not a buffet, but a la carte (you choose from 5-7 positions). Breakfasts are always the same menu, but the dinners changed every evening - Cypriot Indian Italian and it was very plentiful and delicious. Bar street within walking distance but not too close. At night, the noise is little heard and did not interfere with sleep. At the reception there are Russian-speaking staff. From - Cleaning was so-so. For 10 days, towels were changed on the 8th day. Every day they just took out the trash and brought toilet paper A bit tired of the breakfasts The pool is very chlorinated, but almost no one uses it If you are used to Turkey with animation in the pool with slides and a buffet, then this hotel is not for you) an ordinary European three-ruble note at a good price . Sleep, eat and leave for the day. I liked the hotel, would come back

I am writing a review online. The first impression of Rio Gardens is a very good hotel. Well, who needs a full inclusive, luxury and the like, then this is not about Cyprus at all, this is for you in Turland. First time in an aparthotel. Arrived on 09/11/2021 in the evening. Went in the morning for breakfast. Well, of course there is no buffet. There are 5 breakfast options to choose from. On the first day we chose English. Norm, delicious. Then we tried the continental one - very modest, I do not advise taking it. Yesterday we took Cypriot with a surcharge of 2 €. Terribly salty olives enter. Fried eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese and toast with coffee are quite normal. Dinners can also be chosen from several options. Dinners are simply gorgeous - hearty, tasty, a lot (I'm attaching a photo). Number - a room for sleeping with air conditioning, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. At lunch you can make something bungled. Room cleaned sucks. Or maybe they don’t clean at all, we don’t bathe, we don’t find fault. The kettle is broken. Asked to change, the second one does not work either. We heat water for tea in a saucepan. Administrator Milen - respect. He speaks good Russian, he helps in everything. Mylene, hello to you from room 20. How about by sea. Near the hotel (10-15 minutes walk) Limanaki beach. The bottom is mostly rocky, the water is warm. We went to Nissi Beach (taxi 8 €), we liked it. Today we were on Konnos Beach (bus 1.5 € per person) - a beautiful bay, sand, beauty.
