We had a super stay at the Narzissen. Very large rooms, fantastic view to the mountains, friendly staff, good restaurant and service. The textile-free sauna area and out-door pool area was very nice.

+ Dinner is not tied to a fixed time. We know that from other hotels. "Dinner from 6 p.m." etc. Here, with the flex board, you can eat dinner either in the sauna area, in the thermal spa restaurant or something a little "more upscale" in the in-house restaurant. For example, on Friday we were in the thermal spa all evening until 9 p.m., eating in the pool restaurant in our bathrobes. (You have to reserve a table in the restaurant at short notice - hot food served all day from 11.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.) + Menu "trimmed" to be healthy, everything very tasty. Lots of choice. Lots of vegetables and salads. Had food in the restaurant, thermal spa restaurant and sauna area. Everything was very good! + Lots of choice for breakfast + Wellness area not overcrowded. According to a member of staff, day guests are of course also allowed in the wellness area, but they only have a certain quota available. If this is used up, no one else is allowed in. Great idea, the wellness area is never full, so the noise level is also discreet + super friendly staff + own sauna area in the basement. 5-6 different saunas. The sauna master also does a great job with the infusion + clean hotel, really good food. Conclusion: this could be the hotel for my wife and me where we say we come once a year and have a vacation. We really liked it. Top! Brilliant!

Wonderful days spent in Bad Ausee in the Narzissentherme. The thermal baths are small but nice and very quiet, ideal for couples. In terms of food, there is a flexible half-board option where you can choose whether you want to eat in the thermal baths or in the restaurant (very practical)

Great hotel, the thermal baths are in the same building complex and you can go from your room to the thermal baths in your bathrobe, very friendly staff, we had a junior suite and spontaneously extended our stay by one night, that was no problem and we were able to stay in the same room. The junior suite has a separate toilet, bathroom, living room/bedroom, Nespresso machine, fridge, balcony with a great view and 2 chairs and a table. We only had breakfast and that was really great

We booked a room for 2 nights including breakfast. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly member of staff. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed and there was even the opportunity to test different cushions. We parked our car in a covered parking lot (free of charge, subject to availability), where there are also plenty of e-charging stations (Energie AG). We mainly spent time in the sauna area, where there are various relaxation rooms that invite you to relax. In addition to a steam bath and an infrared cabin, there are also various saunas, as well as an outdoor Kneipp pool and a heated pool. We also liked the "normal" bathing area, but it was relatively busy here due to the bad weather. Compared to a large thermal spa, the bathing area is also rather small and the water temperatures are not quite as warm, so you get rather cold after a while without moving. But this is just for the sake of completeness (complaining at a very high level), it was perfect for us. Food: we only booked breakfast, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We didn't take advantage of the flexi half-board offer because it would have only cost €6 more per person if we had gone to the restaurant without half-board and we didn't want to be tied to the hotel for food. But we ended up eating in the sauna bistro anyway. Highly recommended, TOP burgers! Conclusion: very nice hotel with a small thermal bath and a great wellness area. Absolutely OK value for money. THANKS to the friendly and hard-working staff!! We will definitely be back.

The staff is not up to scratch, unprofessional and slow. Staff management? Somehow you get the feeling that everyone does what they want. The food is nothing special and is sometimes served cold, although it is very expensive. The icing on the cake was that a waiter suddenly came to our bar table with a glass of Prosecco and then went for a smoke. NO WORDS NEEDED!!!

The Narcissus Resort was our first choice for a few relaxing days before Chris**as for just under 3 days. We liked it a lot - especially the suites in the adults-only hotel area, which is fortunately housed in 2 buildings with 3 floors and thus fits better into the landscape than a block of beds. The hotel part is connected to the thermal baths and the restaurants via a covered corridor. We only visited the water world - apart from the salt lake and the salt steam bath - but stayed in the sauna area. There are enough saunas - also with guided infusions, but in our opinion the relaxation areas are too full of loungers, at the weekends you feel crowded - a little less would be more in our opinion. Breakfast offers everything our heart desires - we were also very satisfied with the evening meal in the main restaurant, including the caring service from the service staff there. I would like to mention one more thing - the fitness area is nicely located on the 2nd floor, but also far too full and too cramped with equipment. If there are more than 5 visitors at the same time, good training is no longer possible. Here too, perhaps - less would be more - or offer another room.
