房間很大，佈局合理，乾淨衞生，使用方便。窗外風景很美，走廊地毯很厚實。服務人員都很友善，讓人心裏很温暖。住客少，早餐是一碗麪條。麪條內容很多，味道非常好，廚房的大姐很和氣，手藝好！酒店和巫峽口遊客中心在一棟樓，很方便
很好的住宿遊玩體驗！

房間大硬件還是ok的，就是服務跟不上，早餐到8點半，我們8點15分下去就剩下殘羹冷炙了，本想湊合吃點，發現都冷透了完全沒法吃，跟服務員説讓熱一下，一副完全聽不見的態度……再回房間打算洗澡，放了10分鐘還是冷水，難道上午不供應熱水嗎？？對了，除了靠江那邊的房間，其他的房間採光非常差，幾乎等於是內窗，不透氣壓抑得很！

就是太冷清了在山頂，周圍沒什麼吃的，比較不方便，早餐有點馬虎，連個葷菜都沒有，好處就是直接就能去觀景台

上山開車一路風景，就是旅途也不近，旅遊過去可以。就是周邊啥也沒有，就是景區和山，購物不方便

酒店在景區遊客中心，設施不錯，硬件條件不錯，但是早餐特差，可能國慶結束，就住了我們兩家人的緣故，早上就一碗麪一個雞蛋，去要求再加一個雞蛋，餐廳有個男的不僅在餐廳抽煙，態度十分的差，要一個雞蛋感覺要吃他肉一樣，很大聲的説沒有，可惜了這個酒店，一切都還好，因為這一個個老鼠害一鍋湯。

酒店就在景區服務中心，雖然開業時間不長，但是衞生情況堪憂。原本定好的房間告知沒有，更換後居然是沒有清潔的房間，你這哪裡是服務，完全是開盲盒，驚嚇不斷。早餐不説了，全部靠搶，國慶期間預訂多，你就不能多準備一點，周邊又沒有吃的，你要住店的客人怎麼辦。
