Fabulous place, fabulous staff, loved the stay, staff is so professional. Gave us a family like stay. rooms and the bathrooms were so clean. The vibes were super. Closed to the town center, 98 acres, flying ravana, etc. Where we stated was above the sky.

We booked this hotel because of the location. It’s close enough to the Main Street to walk ( 5 minutes) but far enough to be away from the noise and bustle. It’s also only a 20 minute walk to 9 arch bridge and the start of Little Adam’s Peak. The room is clean and comfortable with amazing view of Ella peak. The shower is hot and is rain shower, hand held and body only. The bed was so comfortable . To top it all the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The hairdryer didn’t work very well and they brought me a new one in less than 10 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was huge. Choice of eggs, breads, coconut pancakes, hoppers and Sri Lankan style. Plus tea, coffee and fresh watermelon juice. Definitely recommend this hotel

A beautiful and quiet getaway we had at Ella Heritage. The accomodation was very comfortable and relaxing, especially after spending the day doing activities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the staff were very accommodating to our requests. Shoutout to Haroon who went above and beyond to cater to us. Can’t wait to come back here!

We came to the ella for the first time & spent our first night in Heritage hotel.quite and very beautiful place.breakfast was cool.reception staff was really good and very helpfully .highly recommended in ella.a place close to everywhere.love this place.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous especially Haroon for his understanding and making arrangements to provide halal food for our family. Great location and close to everything. We would certainly visit Ella heritage during our trip.

Small hotel with a calm and welcoming atmosphere and nice staff aiming to take good care of you. Nice rooms with good sleeping comfort and working WiFi. Great restaurant on the first floor with delicous food, served with pride by chef Neel..

Haroon and Neel gave us amazing service. Beautiful and relaxing place. Do try their breakfast made by chef Neel. Extraordinary flavours. Will come back again. Located very close to Ella town centre. Very friendly staff and we don't have anything to complain

Service was superb and the staff were really helpful and friendly, the place was really clean and beautifully designed we felt so comfortable and relaxed here. Not to mention the food, was fresh and tasty. We will be back again thank you for accommodating us.

I was here for two days with friends and it was an excellent stay. On reaching Ella unfortunately I got the flu and had to rest. The hotel staff went out of their way to provide steaming facilities and helped me tremendously. The breafast was great and it was real value for money. All the staff are super friendly especially Imali. She is pleasant and energetic and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Very happy!
