It was 2:30 late, and then at 1 o'clock, the guest room started knocking on the door to ask if I wanted to check out. After a while, I called again to ask for check-out. I was very tired after working overtime until the early morning, so I had already told the front desk and kept asking them over and over again. I was afraid. Why don't you leave?

There is no hot water in the shower, the air conditioner is leaking, the shower is leaking, and there are mosquitoes in the room

The facilities, hygiene and environmental services are impeccable. After staying for two days, I have a very good impression of Baiyin City. The whole city is clean and tidy. The food is not expensive, and the taste is good...

The door lock is not very good, it can't be locked, it has to be very hard, I hope the store can change it, everything else is good, there is also a supermarket and a beef noodle shop downstairs, and there is a small square behind, it is very convenient to eat

The hotel is located in a convenient location, with free parking, and convenient living and dining around, but the room temperature is low. Although the radiator is hot, and the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it is still cold! Especially the hot water supply is poor, it takes a long time to turn on the water to warm up, and the flow is very small, so I was forced to give up bathing.

I booked two rooms. Although the rooms are written as having large windows, the large windows of the two rooms are closed after check-in. The windows cannot be opened for ventilation. In one room, the air conditioner does not cool at all, and the room card cannot be opened. , I have to ask the waiter to open the door when I come back. The air in the room is not good, and there are many people drinking in the room opposite, which made our room smell like liquor. Such a big hotel, the facilities are outdated and can't keep up, the curtains in the toilet are very dirty, it looks uncomfortable!

The business trip is okay, the service attitude is good, and the price is favorable!
