I was in Sri Lanka for work, with meetings on Thursday, Friday, and again on Monday and Tuesday. Over the weekend, I decided to leave Colombo and spend some time at Kumu Beach – and I’m so glad I did! Everything about this place was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the start. The rooms were beautiful – spacious, clean, and stylish, with great attention to detail. The food was a real standout. The chef prepared some of the best meals I’ve ever had – truly fine dining at Michelin-star level. Every dish was fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. Service was outstanding in every aspect – thoughtful, professional, and always with a smile. This place is peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend Kumu Beach for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway in Sri Lanka. I’ll definitely be back!

I like this hotel very much. It is located on a very quiet beach. It is very suitable for families who like a quiet vacation. The hotel staff are very nice. The three meals a day are also very delicious. The room is comfortable and the seaside scenery is unbeatable.

第一次寫這麼多點評，衹談事實，看到的人自行考慮。 第一，被攜程評定為當地豪華酒店排名第一，本着對攜程信任，選了這家酒店都談不上的黑心民宿，攜程是有很大責任的。因為最好的房間跟描述嚴重不符合，存在極大的安全風險，衞生極度不合格。已經是最好的房間都如此，可想其他。 並且，入住當天發現問題，退其次要求換房，但被告知已經是最好的房間，沒有辦法，離店換酒店，這家酒店卻拒絕退房費，離開的時候不僅不幫忙拿行李保安還喊我們快點走。 一個招牌門頭甚至前台都沒有，在一個小巷子裏的“豪華酒店”實則是掛羊頭賣狗肉，大家不要被照片欺騙。 到處都是螞蟻，污漬。門窗不僅關不住風也封不住螞蟻蚊蟲和蛇。生銹的鑰匙門鎖也非常大的被盜風險。加上非常不友善的服務員和保安，奉勸國人可以慎重考慮。 比萬豪酒店貴不説對中國人態度有極度偏差。黑店一個。 此次事件，四晚房費是小事，攜程需要自查怎麼讓這樣的黑店成為豪華酒店排行榜第一的？第二，為了保護國人的尊嚴和安全強烈要求下架此酒店。
