We didn’t actually stay at the hotel in the end. We arrived at 1pm and the gates were all bolted shut, there was a phone number written on the wall that we called several times and never got an answer. Eventually the manager called me back and said check in isn’t until 3pm, and was very rude on the phone.
Whilst I can understand that a room may not be ready until the stated check in, I didn’t not expect to arrive at the hotel in the middle of the day and it be completely closed, no reception, no staff, no one else staying there. We just wanted somewhere to drop off our big bags?! I really wouldn’t recommend, we were made to feel really unwanted
