Best location near the main road, big room with balcony, nice hotel with pool viewโฆ. Breakfast great with few selection. Nice good service with some special requests on room deco. Overall outstanding.

Room availability is not good.
We reserved 3 rooms, arrived at 3pm and the rooms were not ready. Until 4 pm we just got 1 room and the second and third one stil not ready.
After wait one and half hour, finally they offer us suites room and one room can late check out. But our schedule was a mess for that day, our dinner with client was delayed one hour.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is near to the airport and I dont need to spend so much time in the traffic to the airport.
The service is thumbs up and the food is nice

Very nice hotel especially with the pools just outside our bed rooms. The staffs are friendly and polite.
Location is great can easily access to good restaurents who wish to try out the delicious local indonesian cookings. Many massage outlets can easily be found around the hotel too.

The hotel is right in the city. 5 min walk around the corner you will come to a nice local souvenir market, exchange stores, ice cream shops and many much. Itโs close to Kuta beach if you are not lazy to walk some 15-20 min. The road leads you through the street with diverse restaurants and cafes giving you a way to brunch before getting to the beach.

Average type of property. Away from everything not many options around. Located at very busy road rooms on road side building very noisy.

The environment and staff members were so nice but the main building was so dirty and old .The bathroom was awfully dirty and the couches inside the room were also very black and dirty. But when we arrived and saw the situation, we were very disappointed and the whole trip we were thinking about the filth we were faced with as soon as we arrived.

Nice Resort with big pool. Breakfast was super. But theres too many mosquitos. Need to do mosquito fogging.

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 and it was amazing. I would recommend that you take a suit as the other rooms are a bit small. I also feel itโs a bit outdated and maintained over the years. They are busy painting the outside of the hotel. But I feel itโs a bit pricey for what you get. We had a room with pool access and when we got out our clothes were green from the algae at the bottom of the pool. It need a good scrub.

Very good service, very clean and welcoming. The food is good and my stay was awesome. Some areas for improvement: better swimming area with more chairs for guests, update things like gym equipment and general upkeep of the resort. Overall it was a nice stay

The room is exceeded expectation, so big, they have living room separated to master bedroom, shower also separated with toilet, such a 5-star hotel, breakfast is okay, have a spacious garden for my son to enjoy also pool is big separated between adult and kids very comfortable, and many facilities i didnโt used like gym and kids activies, all staff is been superb friendly and very reactive to my request, if i would go to bali, i definitely comeback, what a stay!!!

My team (9 rooms) are staying there for last day in Bali because itโs near the airport which we just drive only 5 minutes to reach airport. The staff is friendly and the decoration and pool view are spectacular.
