Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The staff were also very kind, and the access to tourist spots was excellent.

This is a good hotel with beautiful grounds. They offer a very convenient shuttle service to the beach and shopping mall several times a day, and pick you up as well. The rooms aren't new, but for the price, it's an absolute steal! We had two rooms without breakfast. We bought breakfast on-site one day, and it was decent. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and respectful. We stayed one night before our flight (then decided to buy an additional night, which turned out to be more cost-effective than extending hourly). If I had known how good this hotel was, we would have stayed longer. I suppose there are downsides too. My daughter went to the fitness room and said the equipment was very old, in poor condition, and needs updating. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a very decent option for a low price.

The hotel is in a central location and is close to the Mall. Our stay was overall a great experience. The property is quite large, with a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The breakfast was definitely a highlight — there were many options available, with a strong focus on local dishes, which gave us a chance to try different flavors and enjoy a more authentic experience. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room as a family. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult for our toddler to fall asleep. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would rate this property an 8/10

Overall, it's okay. The location is very easy to find, and the room size is quite spacious.

On the first day of arrival, we were assigned a pool access room right at the very end, which unfortunately was next to the kitchen where they cooked Indian food. The smell of spices permeated our room late at night. We complained, and since other rooms were full, we were eventually upgraded to a suite. We moved rooms at 9 PM. Housekeeping seemed to lack a standard for cleaning rooms. I requested an extra towel because I was traveling with a child, and I had to ask for a hand towel (shouldn't it be provided automatically?). After the room was cleaned, the number of towels went back to two, and the hand towel wasn't refilled. So I had to keep calling reception to ask for one. The breakfast buffet tended to be monotonous and, in my opinion, not very good. The only saving graces were the omelets and instant noodles every day. FYI, I stayed for 4 days, and my husband ended up eating only instant noodles and omelets for breakfast 😅. There were no beef dishes like beef black pepper or other standard beef options. The spicy chicken (ayam rica) was good, in my opinion. As for the fish dishes, honestly, they were very fishy, so I didn't touch them at all. There were five types of fruit: melon, papaya, watermelon, snake fruit, and oranges, but often the watermelon was missing. As for the kids' club, there were more devices than children's toys, so my husband ended up playing PS4. My suggestion for the kids' club is to add some brachiation equipment or a small slide for climbing so that children aren't always staring at gadgets. Coloring activities at small tables could also be added if there's no budget for brachiation equipment.

This hotel has a wonderful location, close to Mall Bali Galleria, we even walk there from the hotel ( approx 15 minutes walking ). Hotel management need to be seriously taking attention to guest amenities and room equipment. Some of that stuff has already been broken. Hotel towels need to be totally renewed. The interior part needs refreshments, especially bathroom equipment, such as the shower, and bathroom ceramics . Hotel need to keep up Golden Tulip international standard as international guests expected. The swimming pool is nice but it seems they pick wrong construction material in the sitting area so that the part looks decay and corrosive.

I stayed for one night, the service was great. I enjoyed the breakfast, so many variations of food. The dessert was excellent, not too sweet, which is awesome. The room has a nice view and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel, will be back for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

For a hotel priced at around 500k, this place is really worth it, especially since it's so close to Seminyak Beach.

The hotel is spacious, cool, and comfortable, with great service and facilities. The room is large with a balcony, and also very comfortable. It has a vintage modern vibe. It's only about a 12-minute drive to the airport, and the location is strategic.

This my third stayed here and still for sure visit again soon!

Overall everything good, i was enjoy the room while its right beside the road. Breakfast was decent but the feel and atmosphere was great, thanks for accommodating me!
