A lovely Balinese style hotel.
The staff are very kind.
Breakfast is always good and delicious.
One-way free shuttle service is available. (Sanur city or airport)
The room is a little old, but the pool and garden are very nice and clean.

1. Location: Located in an alley in the center of Sanur. At first, I was skeptical as I entered the alley, but...
There's a small Klumpu Resort in there... I think it's about 100m from the road. It's okay to walk out
2. Hotel facilities: Perhaps because it was recently remodeled, it is overall clean.
And as you can see in the picture, there are only 8 or 9 rooms in the small resort. There is a small storage area in the middle.
It's great for feeling the green atmosphere of Bali.
The swimming pool is a bit small... It's okay for up to 2 families, but if 3 families are in the pool, it feels a bit narrow.
But no one was happy at the swimming pool haha.
3. Meals: It's not often mentioned in reviews... but the meals are the best. @.@
For breakfast, you can choose from a variety of breakfast courses, including English/Continental, and have it delivered to your room or eat it at the table next to the reception area.
The food is served on one plate, and it's delicious and clean...and fruit is served for breakfast and you can choose a drink.
You can also eat lunch and dinner at the resort. The menu is decent and the prices are reasonable. About 10,000 won per menu?
What we ate was nasi goreng, hamburgers, panini, eggs betedict, fish and chips, etc... We ate a lot of this and that.
Unless you prefer local food, resort meals are fine.

We had the most wonderful stay at Klumpu. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms) and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The rooms are lovely and so cosy and the grounds (garden and pool area) are beautiful and kept to such a high standard. Each morning we had a wide choice of breafast delivered to our room and we often ate at the hotel as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers drivers who will take you out for the day in an air conditioned vehicle for tours of your choice - our driver Yudi was so friendly and lovely to be with. The area around Klumpu is great - 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach (8km of golden sand and calm waters). The hotel offers free bikes which you can cycle along the beach promenade. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for - nothing was too much for the staff

Klumpu is an extra special resort. The team run by Hugo Fokken are nothing short of exceptional, with the service being the highlight of our stay. There really isn't any request they could not accommodate. The resort itself is tiny, yet incredibly well landscaped, which adds to the boutique feel of this place. They have 8 villas in total but lots of staff. The four ladies at reception (forgive me I didn't take their names) were very friendly, aswell as room keeping staff including YouDee. Breakfast options and quality are incredible. They do it much better than most 5 star hotels. Highlights: - Well designed rooms and beautiful landscaping - 5 star service, 5 star breakfast - Good location with a 3-4 min walk to Sanur main road. - Afternoon tea service. Improvements - Sanityware was the only disappointment at this hotel, they look tired and stained. The owners were also very friendly and need to be applauded for getting so many things right. Overall, Klumpu is an exceptional resort which will leave you feeling part of the family, with memories even after you leave. Could not recommend it enough if you are looking for a boutique hotel in Sanur.

Lovely mini resort. Staff were so kind and helpful. Very relaxing and easy stay in a great part of Sanur. The bungalows are very large and comfortable - we slept super well. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was delicious, very large portions.

The Klumpu is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing experience in a beautiful setting that still isn't too far from attractions. The staff, attention to detail, gardens, food, rooms and pool are all top class. All in all, it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend to anyone planning a holiday in Sanur or Bali.
