The hotel is very good, privileged location. Functional staff very receptive. Accommodations are super new, very well-cared swimming pools, saunas and spa's the guest's disposition! And also bikes to the guest can enjoy the city

I am there for the fourth time, first time by the application. I have always had good experiences there, so when I go to Camborío Banner I prioritize the Sibara hotel. But in that stay it was all wrong, starting with the room, we bought a couple and put us in one with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would assemble the beds to stay in a couple, we would not accept pq would be a division in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us in another room! I had a request for a body trailer to our room, I was not answered. In this new room, there was no hot water, the sanitary vessel was not discharged, it was just perreng! These situations have made me reflect and now when I need to go to the bathroom again, I will check out other hotels.

All perfect, but the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We were very welcome, we arrived earlier than check in and offered us to pay half a day and already come in and even enjoy breakfast that is very tasty and varied by sign.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.

Excellent location. Good morning coffee. Most of the staff were well educated, and only one official, during breakfast, was a little thick when we asked about the operation of the cheese. It wasn't something that disturbed us, because we left the hotel almost at the check-out time, it was just a suggestion to the manager, and the staff were cleaning the carpets from the floor with a extremely noisy dust aspirator. I believe that the other guests may have been disturbed, so I suggest you look at the schedules for this service, or buy a more silent powder aspirator.
