Baltimore is full of black people. The hotel is considered good in the area. The black people inside are all dressed very decently.

The toilet in our room did not work and they did not have another room they could provide so we had to use the public restroom. Not convenient at all. Leslie at the front desk was very nice. She was the only staff in the hotel. Maintenance had gone home.

Lady at check in was nice, but didn’t tell us where our room was or elevator. Room was either really cold or really hot. Blanket was so thin. Toilet had bugs in it. Shower was dirty. Breakfast was a disappointment. No bacon. Sausage was spicy & eggs were over cooked. Oj & muffins were delicious.

Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We had an issue with a very loud heating/cooling fan and were promptly moved to another room. Unfortunately, the battery at the door died so we couldn't open the door with the key cards the following morning. We were leaving so no big deal. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and they have 24 hours coffee which my husband loved.

My stay was comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly and hospitable. I wish your breakfast had been more desirable. There was no breakfast meat, fruit and the mild coffee left me no choice but to walk to Wawa. Other than this the stay was pleasant.

I was there for 4 days and no one ever came to clean the room. Each day I had to go to the front desk to get a new set of towels while the old ones just piled up on the bathroom floor. I understand rooms are not serviced daily but this was a bit much.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. The area is not the greatest but I loved that it was next to a Wawa. Overall a good stay for a night.

Love this hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I asked a room accommodate for wheelchair. The room and bathroom is very roomy for wheelchair. Thanks again.
