It was very difficult to receive housekeeping services. When asked to receive a blanket, I called twice and still the blanket did not arrive. People were kind, but service was lacking.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location near the convention center made everything convenient for getting around town. I would recommend

The service at the Bistro was inadequate, food at the Tavern was too expensive for its quality and the breakfast buffet was $20 for a very small selection. Overall it was okay

Great location for CFG Arena concerts. Hotel is dated. Needs a little TLC.
