Please look for another place to stay.
I can only describe this place as absolute filth in all aspect. I can't believe that the Comfort Inn's upper management do not care about this hotel operation.

Front desk was ok. We for early checkin so that was cool. Room was clean, bed was comfy. There were huge RATS (the size of cats) outside in the alleyway. BIGGEST turnoff was no free parking. The parking garage across the street said DAILY parking $28. We checked in at 2pm and left at 9am. Sooooo i figured 19 hours is considered 1 DAY. But when we went to pay they charged me $61. Apparently the "DAY" RESETS at 4AM. So that means i would have needed to check out of the hotel at 3:59 AM ??? Come on........ I was furious. We called and emailed the parking garage. They NEVER called us back or emailed us. Never going to this hotel again. We will stay at a hotel outside of the city with free parking.

Staff was friendly free breakfast was a plus gym facility was nice rooms were a bit outdated and not the cleanest but when housekeeper was notified she was great and did a terrific job didhave to switch rooms due to cleanliness

Good parts of our stay:
Check in was quick and easy. The person who checked us in was very helpful. Parking is next to the hotel for about $30/day - easy enough. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
Things that could use improvement:
The room was an accessible room (though I told her that we just needed a regular room.) The ‘accessibility’ though is questionable. There is a lip going into the bathroom that could be difficult for a wheelchair user. The shower is big enough and probably very useful but I - a standing 5 ft 5” person - had a hard time using the tall sink. I would imagine it’s useless for someone in a wheelchair. The room is located down a little hallway - again, possibly difficult to navigate. The beds are tall.
The location is great for the CFG arena - 10 minute walk. We had no trouble finding an Uber when we needed it.
The price was good for what we received. The hotel is adequate but could use extensive upgrades.

The hotel didn't even have a way to purchase water or drinks and there were no courtesy bottles provided. The mattress was so soft it was a "V". The heating / air system was not working and our room was over 75 degrees the entire time. There is no space in the front of the hotel for loading or unloading. Employees were not friendly or helpful.

This property is what you want for cheap price but great location in the city. This is for the guys weekend ball game or vacation. Do not bring your lady for a great hotel getaway experience… NO!!!!

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The showers and shower curtains were disgusting. The staff were unfriendly. The bedding have fresh food stains on it as if they never changed the blankets. I slept in the chair. No parking should be advertised as much as the amenities are advertised.

We love the spacious room! Everything was great free breakfast. The only thing was the fan in the bathroom was not working. We had great weekend getaway!
