Fairmont Banff Springs

Im saying the following because I've spent £1100 per night GBP for this hotel. We stayed 4 nights so not a cheap place ! The location is very good and has the wow factor in terms of building (think Hogwarts Harry Potter!) Reception staff lack any sort of personality or warmth, 4 interactions with them and all 4 times almost snooty ! Sorry I'm from UK and stayed all over world and trust me not great! Outside staff, bell staff and valet were perfect 10/10. Cleaning and turn down staff very good - can't fault. Get the basics right like no bottles of water in room ?? Coffee Machine but no coffee pods ?? Milk pods in fridge but for what ? It just felt a lot of money for average performance/experience !

Living in this hotel just like living in a castle, really can use fabulous to describe this time of experience

Nice room, spacious with perfect Rocky Mountain and River view, just like a paint! Have different hotel activities for us to join to understand more about the Hotel History and Banff, say Hotel History Tour, Twilight Walk. * hope more quota can be added There are different restaurants for our choices, I love The Rundal, Waldhaus, The Vermollion Room, all with good scenery at window seat. *advance reservation via online is suggested The yoga class, gym room, outdoor hot pool, indoor pool are also good for us to have some relaxation activities!

If you visit Banff, you must stay at the Fairmont! It is a beautiful hotel that is more like a castle with a million-dollar view of the mountains around it. A nice perk is that all guests at the Fairmont receive free passes for the shuttles that get you around town, so need to worry about transportation. A great stay all by itself and surrounded by connection to all of the attractions close by: hiking trails, frozen lakes, glacier valleys, and of course the town of Banff itself.
