The room has a very good view, looking at Pattaya from a high angle, very beautiful. Both during the day and at night, but staying for 2 days, there were 2 bottles of water, which felt not okay. But overall, I like the good view. There is a bathtub that can actually be used, but there's quite a lot of sand in the room. I want it to be vacuumed and cleaned. The sand is better than this. Who wants a good view? The top floor will be a swimming pool. It's normal and has an onsen for soaking in the view.

Sea view room ~ the scenery is very good! The room was clean and tidy! The facilities are also very new! The view from the rooftop pool is great! Great location! There are restaurants, snacks, fruits, massage parlors, and 711 supermarkets downstairs. It's very close to the pedestrian street and you can walk to the beach ~ very good value for money👍

The location in Pattaya was quite good. Because it was an apar**ent, the view from the parking location was very good. I could see Pattaya at a glance!!

Everything would be more perfect if the house manager's kindness was more. When you let us send 2 suitcases for free and 2 suitcases for an additional fee. We had to wait 1 hour to have our suitcases sent to us as well as pay the shipping fee but had to carry our suitcases to the room ourselves. That takes up a lot of personal time on the trip. In addition, I could not use the card to open the door and reported it to the landlord, but it could not be fixed, so I had to enter a password, making opening the door inconvenient. The bathtub didn't have hot water, but fortunately, after reporting it, a technician was able to fix it. If you say no to sending your suitcase, I will quickly send it somewhere else instead of having to wait so long. I booked a room for 1 night but only used the room for only 8 hours, wasting time with luggage was not worth it.

The room smelled of sweat as soon as I entered it, and the sofa was dirty. Someone came up later and sprayed me some air freshener (and left it for me, so I could spray it myself if I felt it was still smelly). It really made me feel dirty. In the room, there were no toiletries except shampoo, shower gel and towels. The landlord was very thoughtful and thought we brought our own (I didn't bring anything with me). The landlord is from China, not Thailand. The landlord is very nice, but I hope your facilities are worth the price. Don't just think about making money and ignore quality. Basic hygiene is required.
