Most staff was great except the front desk, they are not friendly, not smile at all. even we say hi to them but they just look at us and say nothing. no
late checkout , no place to leave luggage, not good service.

Maybe quiet time but restaurants were not always open. It a spread out hotel. Beds ok clean but a little tired. Not much choice in this part of Bangkok. Used the new roof tol restaurant that was nice but food comes from lower floors so it is not the best on presentation. Staff were ok.
