The rooms are poky and cheap looking. There are not even proper chairs to sit on. The bathroom is not equipped with a health faucet. One has to beg repeatedly to get the room cleaned. I am halfway thru my stay and I'm sitting in a filthy room. I have asked 3 times for cleaning service but no one has come. This morning i had to leave early for a meeting and needed my car brought up from the basement parking. I had to call 3 times before a drunk/half asleep person answered my call. This person was so sleepy they could not even follow what i was saying. I am shocked at this garbage dump of a hotel!!!!

Sandipa is best assistant and keep my stay in The Den a enjoyable trip. Enjoyed The Den service very much....the stay was so comfortable and great I am sooo happy.. great hospitality

Very nicely maintained hotels and the hose keeping are the friendliest i have ever seen The facilities are also top notch like swimming pools The views from the hotel is just amazing overlooking the itpl park Cons: The food is more inclined towards foreign crowd for indians its not that great average atleast the vegetarian section

Awesome hospitality and services.appreciate the warm welcome by Mr. Dibeyendu and Amit and room services by Mr.guru prasad. Food was delicious and calm atmosphere. Had a happy experience. Event hall had all the required technical facilities.overall a happy visit

Had to visit the property for a days event . Must a a very lovely and a morden chic property. Lovely spread of buffet food. Staff is kind more over interactive. The guy Amit is a true gem. ... .3💓💓0️⃣💓😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊.................

We went for Sunday Brunch. The spread is extensive. They were celebrating bangali food festival. Food was amazing. They had Bengali , Mediterranean and Chinese and continental spread. Every item was yummy. Service was excellent too. Special mention and thanks to Nitish, Chiranjib, and Shubham.
