Old facility. Not meeting the 5 star standards I stay at the hotel for 6 days for business trip. Water leaked from the window on rainy days. Swimming pool is way too small. Is it designed for kids? Most staffs were kind but the concierge people were not professional. It was pretty annoying that the housekeeping knocked on my door a couple of times while i was staying inside for asking me to give water. Isn’t supposed to be supplied during room cleaning? It has only one restaurant that does not offer various dishes. Even there i found a small cockroach. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay. There are definitely better 5 star hotels in the city.

All is good, nice room, nice breakfast, nice reception. I was not too well and they allowed us to check out at 3pm, very kind of them. The Gym needs some upgrade, facilties are getting tired. Other than that, all good, keep it up.

With the double charging on the room, I was not happy with this hotel. Even I was trying to show and to inform the reception by the time I was checking. Double charge to my room was still. I had to wait for 10 -14 working day to get my refund back.

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again
