Good hotel. Very good location. Just cross opposite you can get a Korean Japanese restaurant. Brigade Rd just mins from hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The location is convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling around very easy. The overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The food was also good with decent variety. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Serious Concern About Room Security We stayed at IRIS – The Business Hotel from 5–11 February (Room 406). During our stay, USD 200 went missing from the cash we kept in our room. After reporting the issue, the hotel shared logs and CCTV showing a housekeeping staff member entering our room quickly without knocking while we were having breakfast, even though our room was usually serviced in the afternoon. Despite this clear irregular entry, the hotel concluded there was no wrongdoing and even suggested we check with a family member who stayed with us, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. As someone with 33+ years in the hotel industry, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and respect for guest privacy. Entering an occupied room without basic protocol is a serious breach of hospitality standards. Guests should be cautious with valuables when staying here.

I had a great stay at this property, which is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk to a wide variety of food options, bars, and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay — definitely good value for the money.
