Value for money. Breakfast and dinner buffets is good, just the variety is less and more Indian food, would be great for foreign visitor if there is more western/Chinese variety.

Recently had my room cleaned by Hamanta. He was actually punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented, always smiling huh ....The room looked spotless afterwards amd leave a good smell at the end .. Highly recommend . I recommend him

I have stayed at this hotel 1st time and the high quality of service and the attention to detail remains ,the staff is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and clean housekeeping staffs are easy to approachable and friendly special mention Ajay,Ravi,sudam,Ameer when it’s come for food and service they have good buffet spread value for money and I tried some a la carte to I loved the food chefs are very friendly and they fulfilled my requirements service staffs are very helpful and quick attentive specially John,Durga,Nantu,Prasoon,neha they are very friendly and very helpful

Brilliantly clean hotel. Rooms were great, spacious with everything I needed. Food was lovely with good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Room cleaned daily. Laundry done. Fabulous gym! 10/10 I can’t fault it. Thank you for everything.

Well it was a wonderful stay staff at the reception did a great job , both check in and check out were quick they helped me with the GST bills me with out being mentioned about it that was a great gesture, rooms were great , colourful and the view at night made my stay wonderful, chefs were friendly and they didn't even hesitate to step outside and make the dish i requested for , the service was good with gestures , house keeping were upto date with the on time cleaning and refilling the in room amenities. Over all a great stay would love to comeback Cheers to this fantastic team wish the best.

My stay at the ibis Bengaluru was amazing, loved the hospitality. the staff here was extremely polite and friendly. the food served was amazing and we enjoyed the spread. the rooms were neat but very small, the size of the rooms were the only drawback what we felt.

Had a great experience here. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. Would also like to give a compliment to Ms Durga from FNB department. Ms. Durga in the FNB department of our hotel consistently delivers exceptional service with grace and professionalism. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor make every guest feel welcomed and valued. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. Would love to visit again soon and recommend same to others.

I am staying in 625 from air india from last 3month so I just wnt to give thanks to every staff. all are very friendly so polite....And great service. Food is awesome.....I fell like home ....and I want to give specially thanks to Chef pratap he always care like a family and Thanks a lot Ms Durga she is so kind and very helpful and she is very friendly too .
