We had a fantastic stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The location is excellent, with CentralWorld, Platinum Fashion Mall, and Pratunam Market all within walking distance, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great city view and a very comfortable bed. The facilities were excellent, especially the large swimming pool, gym, and breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Thai and international dishes. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting to explore Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

What a great facility. I booked a loft family room. Travelling with group of friends. We got 2 rooms. Excellent location. Near Big C and central worl. Near platinum mall and market. Lots of nearby establishments.

Excellent location, superb service, and fantastic Halal breakfast! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam! Location: The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Platinum Fashion Mall, CentralWorld, and many other shopping options, as well as top attractions, are right on your doorstep. There are countless places to go out and enjoy delicious food – everything is conveniently within walking distance. Room & Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean and honestly exceeded our expectations. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first minute. Breakfast (Our Highlight): The main reason for our booking was the breakfast area – and we were not disappointed in the slightest! As a Muslim, I want to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to The Berkeley Hotel for the fantastic and diverse Halal selection. You don't find this kind of offering in many other hotels. In addition to the Halal options, there were varied, extremely delicious, and fresh dishes every day. Everything here was also super clean and perfectly organized. Facilities & Service: The facilities like the swimming pool and gym were perfectly fine and served their purpose absolutely well. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Conclusion: I can wholeheartedly recommend The Berkeley Hotel! On our next visit to Bangkok, we will definitely book here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Good location with plenty of budget shopping within walking distance from early morning to late at night! However we stayed at the north tower where they is bunk bed for the kids, it’s rather old & corridor looks worn / dirty. Will consider to stay at the main tower the next time instead.

The room has a minimalist design! It was alright! There were quite a few foreigners. The front desk was too busy, so the service wasn't as good as what I've experienced in other Chiang Mai hotels. I want to give a special shout-out to a staff member named Jack! 👍 He was very enthusiastic and helped us get a motorbike! He even proactively contacted the driver because we had set the wrong location! Thank you, Jack! I really wanted to praise him on Google, but I tried for a long time and couldn't figure out how!
