For this price point, the room is excellent. Many might see that some rooms have a window or a skylight and assume there's no window in the room itself. In reality, the room doesn't have a window, but the bathroom does, along with a small door, which makes the overall ventilation really good, and the room stays very dry. Plus, the bathroom is particularly spacious. For this price, I think it's fantastic. However, one thing to be prepared for is that at night, you can hear music from the bar – it's like a disco sound, especially noticeable when you're in the bathroom. But I actually quite enjoyed it; it's an experience. When I want to sleep, no sound can bother me.

Nice big room and extra comfy bed (2x2 metres!) Daily housekeeping is convenient  Bathroom divided into wet, dry and toilet part is interesting but its working WiFi didn’t work so reception gave us another password right away which was nice We worry about noise since its really live street but it was ok and ear plugs are provided (but nothing for light sleepers!) Only minus is for the floor - it was little dirty when we arrived (old hair etc.)

Spending time there during Songkran festival, this hotel is prime location. Everything is perfect. The staff was nice and room was spacious but only thing about amenities is like there were just 1 2in1 shower gel bottle. And nothing else provided .😂😂

The location is fantastic, right next to the airport shuttle stop, which connects to both airports. The price is very affordable, making it perfect for solo travelers and backpackers, and they offer all-day luggage storage. However, the sheets had stains, which is a definite drawback.

HHello there! 2026.06.18
The room is pleasant, well-designed, and functional. The shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the hotel does not offer luggage storage. Since the hotel is close to Khaosan Road, noise from the street can be heard in the rooms. If possible, request a room facing away from the street for a more peaceful stay.

Lovely hotel, but there is massive construction happening on the street in front of the building. If you get a room at the back of the hotel, you won't hear it, but in other parts of the hotel, you can hear the jack hammers inside. It ruins the ambience and enjoyability of the area when there is scaffolding in front of the building and you can only access it by construction walkways, which also make it difficult to walk outside and cross roads. Also, the view from our room was of an air conditioning unit so the outlook was bad, back and front of the building. In terms of tourism, the location is great if your primary focus is temples, but if you want more excitement like shopping, bars and restaurants, I would recommend staying in a different area as it is fairly quiet around the hotel. We wound up taking taxis back and forth to other parts of the city for fun. The hotel is lovely, good value and the staff are friendly so no complaints there. We paid for the breakfast, the hot food was predominantly Asian like curries and meats which are a bit heavy in the morning especially in the heat, there was some Western items like French toast and pancakes, but they were dry and not the best. Again, the hotel was lovely - to be fair, the problems were the construction and the area lacked excitement for us - neither of those issues were the fault of the hotel itself.

Honestly, I really enjoyed my stay. Your room was very clean and comfortable. Your staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was perfect for me — everything was nearby. There was a 7-Eleven, market, and night clubs close by, so it was very convenient. I was also very happy because there is a direct bus to the airport from near your room. The S1 bus stop is very close, which made my travel much easier. Thank you so much for your great service. Please continue doing your good work. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my stay. I will definitely recommend your place to others.

Dang Derm Hotel offers a lively stay in the heart of Khao San Road. Rooms are clean and modern, though sometimes noisy due to nightlife. The rooftop pool and bar add great value. Staff are helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring Bangkok’s vibrant street culture and nearby attractions.

High floors offer views of the Grand Palace and it's also very close to Chinatown. Getting a Bolt taxi was super convenient. Even though it's near Khao San Road night market, it wasn't too noisy. I recommend getting a high-floor room; my first night in 503 was really quiet. On my second night, room 202 had a bit of motor bike noise. Overall, it's great value for money. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street and the nearby laundromat is very affordable.

A very cozy house in the very center of Bangkok, with a quiet and quiet street. Inside there is absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Feel like a home! It feels that the hosts have thought about every detail and really care about their guests. There is a very pleasant, home atmosphere in which you want to return again. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who seeks comfort and calm in the heart of the city.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the room, especially the bathroom, was very clean. We went to Cambodia for three days and returned to Bangkok, and we booked this hotel again

I am ready to put 10 stars!!! It is the perfect place with a very warm atmosphere. We had a bright room with its own bathroom. Everything is decorated in antique style, wooden walls, floor, photos. Clean and pleasant linen, clean towels change. Wonderful breakfasts - more often meat with rice and mango + coffee or tea. Very tasty!!! In the garden cats live🙌 The staff is friendly, helps in everything, always with a smile. I felt like I came to my grandmother’s cottage where everything for you❤️ Close to all the main attractions - we hardly used a taxi. I am ready to recommend this place for everyone so that it will flourish.

Great location, everything is nearby: temples, an exhibition center, a modern art gallery, a small shopping mall, a river, plenty of cafes, and a cozy coffee shop. It's pretty quiet, and the staff is responsive and friendly. Our room had a king-size bed and a single bed. There were three of us, but only enough blankets for the number of beds. They asked for 100 baht for an extra blanket (and we're not a couple, so that was a bit odd). The photo shows a beautiful free temple nearby.

Overall, it's a good hostel – clean and safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The downsides are the number and size of the lockers. If you're lucky, you get a decent-sized locker where you can stash your backpack; if not, you're limited to a small bag. However, in the whole week I was there, I never saw any issues, even though many people just left their suitcases/backpacks in the common area. There are only a couple of power outlets in the common area, located near a table that's uncomfortable to sit at. Thankfully, there are a couple of tables with outlets in the rooms. But it's unlikely you'll be able to work comfortably here. I'd only consider this hostel for sleeping. The location is excellent, especially if it's your first time in Bangkok.

The hostel is located close to the Old Town and Khaosan Road areas. However, if you prefer to stay in the skyscraper district, this may not be the right place for you. The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked the room, even though I stayed in a 10-bed dormitory. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is the first guesthouse I've encountered like this out of 20 hotels during my two-month trip through Thailand. The room amenities consist of a plastic chair and a noisy fan with clanking blades. After 5 PM, the reception closes, and you can't even leave the huge key (you're forced to carry it with you). The only positives I can mention are the location, its proximity to Khao San Road and the surrounding alleys, as well as the canal piers and the river pier. Pay an extra 300 rubles, and you'll at least get a fridge and air conditioning. I do not recommend this place.

Great front desk staff, quite kind, 24 hour service is available at any time. They would recommend suitable trips and provide a lot of information. You can borrow a hairdryer and so on. You can treat travelers fairly kindly.
