地理位置優越，在市中心裏，有停車場。步行5分鐘內可到農貿市場。過對面馬路在一個小小的夜市。裏有一家撒撇很好吃。
房間，不算大剛好夠用的那種。
沒有電梯，訂房時就要看好在幾層了，我們就是大意了，要每天上四樓
去到辦理入住時，才被告知，那個房型的樓頂有空氣能機，一直會有嗚嗚的空鳴聲，但又沒有同級別房間的換😳😳
有自助洗車

房間裝修較新，有專門停車場，酒店無電梯，隔音效果一般。
P.S酒店衚衕另一端有個清真餐廳，太火爆了太好吃了

去保山考試，沒搶到另一家才選的。但是！！！實際比想象中比商家首頁的圖片要好很多，很乾凈，第一次出去睡的那麼安穩，以前自己一個人出去基本不敢睡沉。一次性浴巾，洗臉巾，消毒濕巾都有提供。滿意！！！點了保山的燒肉米線和棒賽撒撇，分量都超級多，反正這次住的吃的都很滿意，保山無敵！！

位置特別好，吃喝逛方便，交通便捷。酒店衞生特別乾淨，房間擺設和比照片還舒服，無異味，衹有淡淡的清香。酒店大院內可以停車。酒店對面有個洋芋飯好吃。

酒店的衞生間不是乾濕分離，衹要洗過澡，到第二天退房地上都全是水，酒店提供的一次性拖鞋很滑，導致我摔了一跤，去找酒店工作人員反饋，對方説進衞生間必須穿塑料拖鞋，強詞奪理，房間內並沒有任何提示地滑或者進衞生間必須穿塑料拖鞋的提示，出了事，還怪客人沒穿塑料拖鞋。

酒店衞生很乾凈，房間沒有異味，雖然在市中心但晚上根本聽不到汽車的聲音，環境很好，二樓有一個小花園可以休息，一樓的停院很大，停車很方便，老闆人很好，很有耐心服務態度非常好，房間設施也很完善，不僅是旅遊還是商務出行都很方便
