“Good and professionals staff which made the service excellent. The hotel is absolutely spot on. Cleaned and beautifully designed. It feels like a 6 stars hotel. Location is also very beautiful as it’s surrounded by green and a huge park around the corner. You can get the e-bike just outside. View from the windows are also nice as it’s near the modern sports center buildings. Enjoyed my stay there with my family very much. Forgot to mention the food and the facilities like pool and gym… all very good as well as the very fashionable designed room. Well done to the management( Cathy焦Amber许 Linda王 )!Andrea Marigliano”

有段時間沒有入住過這麼大無語的酒店了，硬件、服務完全配不上房價。
1.我訂的是行政大床房，所謂行政房，在全國範圍內通常的理解應該都是可以使用行政酒廊。這個酒店的行政酒廊不開放。當我問前台的時候，前台理直氣壯的告訴我，行政酒廊暫停營業了。暫停營業？那你們為什麼還在賣行政房型？這是毫不掩飾的詐騙麼？
2.房間預訂訊息裏面介紹可以使用膠囊咖啡機。但是房間不提供膠囊咖啡。前台解釋因為膠囊咖啡用完了，新定的還沒到貨。同樣，態度也很理直氣壯，我不知道哪裡來的自信。
3.房間裏有怪味，像是木質傢俱用久了的腐敗氣味。
4.上午10點多我還在睡覺，掛了免打擾的牌子。然而保潔直接推門就要收拾屋子。如果不是我掛了內鎖，保潔就這樣直接破門而入了。保潔説前台通知她已經退房了。退房了？？？反正我本人沒有去退過，所以是酒店不歡迎我入住提前替我退了？

之前是鉑爾曼，改成九原後雖然還掛5星的牌，但服務和檔次都降了半格，雖然浴缸、陽台等硬件設施還在。位置離城中草原很近，但視線也被周圍的大廈遮擋。辦理入住時，偶然看到一單位豪華房的協議價才300多。我們訂的行政房900多，行政酒廊卻不開了，下午茶要不是我追問，差點背稀裏糊塗的遺漏了，開始給我們安排的還是豪華房的樓層，還是經我追問才改正。早餐去晚一點混沌就沒有了，雞蛋連個單面的都沒人煎。

過年帶着孩子去包頭走親戚，一共5天，定了鉑爾曼的行政套房，套房面積很大，93平米，住過很多酒店，感覺包頭鉑爾曼的行政間面積很給力！設施很新，裝潢也很奢華，前台、保潔、餐飲客服人員服務態度也很好，有種回家的感覺，每天都有保潔來打掃房間，早餐有燒賣、羊雜湯、奶茶這些特色，甜品種類略少，電話訂餐還能送到房裡。唯一的不足在於有一晚水不熱，放了很久還是涼的，酒店給的回覆是入住人少，循環不給力，不過酒店開了個低層的房間讓我們三口洗了澡，第二天水温就正常了。之前看有好幾個差評還有些不踏實，這次自己入住之後覺得鉑爾曼還是非常不錯的，希望越來越好，大過年的希望酒店領導層能給酒店工作人員加雞腿哦。
