前台服務特別好，態度很好，免費升級房型了，這一點我給滿分，但是環境一般，房間沒有暖氣，我們住那天零下23度，我和我媽差點沒冷死，和冰窖一樣

酒店門面有些遮擋，轉了一圈找到了。但內部環境和衞生都挺好，隔音效果稍欠缺，畢竟是多個房間隔出來的。二樓早餐相當豐富。停車場比較方便。東面巷子向北走到西腦包大街用餐相當方便。西腦包大街公交30路可直達東河機場。鄰近火車站和機場入住比較安靜。沒有嘈雜的火車聲和飛機起降噪音。
