Reception does not speak any English, but that is ok. Typical Chinese hotel, but also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I only ate boiled egg and a limited selection of fruit. No coffee or tea. The reception gave me a contact to arrange a driver for the day which was helpful. No complaints.

我住了兩天，含雙早。談一下。
1，第一天住四樓，房間比較暖和，挺好。第二天，三樓KTV吵到一點多，換到11樓。房間比較冷。低樓層吵，高樓層冷。
2. 換到十一樓後，被子上各種毛。我還特意拍了張照片，長頭髮一根。還有些短毛，沒拍照片。
3. 最吐槽的是早餐。號稱七點到九點，第一天去，快八點了還沒出菜。早餐比較簡單。第二天去，簡直就沒早餐。八點半了都沒出餐，沒吃上飯差點耽誤火車。我跟前台反映，前台説要是房費不含早餐就沒有早餐。我説我房費含不含早餐，難道影響你們酒店出餐嗎？説有早餐了，帶我去看，幾個雞蛋，兩份涼菜，一碗米飯。太湊合了。説他們本來就是簡餐。呵呵，第一天和第二天的簡餐不一樣。你們懶就説你們懶，扯些沒用的，難道客户都是讓你們拿來糊弄的嗎？
4. 周邊設施太差，早飯沒吃成，旁邊除了路邊攤什麼也沒有。購物餐飲休閑，一無是處。
總之，非常不推薦，不值得這個價。
還是有優點，第一天早餐味道還是不錯的。

環境：訂的時候寫的房間面積40-45平，其實也就是20平，安排在四樓，外面有不知道是空調機還是什麼的東西，嗡嗡嗡特別吵。
衞生：地面是地磚，感覺已經好久沒有清潔過了，衣櫃裏還有不知道什麼痕跡。床單還有一個洞…
服務：住了三晚，第一天衹清理了垃圾桶，第二天算是把床簡單鋪上了，這清潔服務還不如一些民宿。第二天晚上回來房卡失效了，去前台刷卡，前台先是説我欠費，後來一查説是攜程訂的啊，然後才給續上。關鍵是我既沒有欠費，在入住的時候還讓我單獨交了200元按金！
早餐：沒什麼吃的，是在酒店旁邊的餐廳。
