I had sooooo many bad experiences with this hostel, they did still my reserve… they asked me to pay in advanced the fees I supposed to pay and then they said they didnt have any note or something that I paid so I needed to pay again 😡
The beds were with insects.. so so bad, I would never recommend here

For the price and service it is highly recommended. Good location, comfortable beds, shower and bathrooms in rooms, all very good (hot, cold water, good current). Very spacious living room to have privacy outside the bedrooms. Kitchen, large shared refrigerator. I would return!

I went to check in today at 1.30pm with my hotel booking saying 2pm check in. The brunette girl on reception said they charge 30 euro for luggage storage (bizarre to charge??) and that checkin was 3pm. I showed my booking saying 2pm (an unwell, solo young female traveller dying to get settled in) and she yelled at me “well I’m telling you 3pm now”. She yelled swear words at me so I no longer felt welcome to stay here. I said ok, cancel my booking I don’t want to stay here and she said “we don’t want you here, get out… and waved me to the door”. I asked for her name and she just mocked me. The most horrendous experience that left me in tears on the streets stranded. Brunette girl, you seriously need to leave customer service. You are a sad sad person. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! EVER!!!!!!
