While staying in “La Mimosa”, an, old, free-standing mirror fell on top of my toddler. It smashed into a million shards of glass, bruised and cut my son. Bizflats has decided to keep my security deposit and has failed to communicate with me despite multiple attempts. They have told other intermediaries that they will refund my deposit and then have done nothing. I am glad my son is ok, but I am shocked at the treatment I have received since leaving the rental. Do not work with this company!
