Very average. Living on the first floor, the air conditioner is loud and the bedroom is small.

Room size is ok for 2; but too small for 3.
Noise from street woke me up at night.
Water not quite hot + no water pressure.
Too pricey (but I guess all BCN hotels are too expensive.)
But quite good location. Closed to metro. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I expressly asked for a double bed and they did not grant it to me. When I got to the room I found two used plastic cups of what appeared to be Coca Cola. I don't know if this is because the room was not cleaned (it was quite dirty) or the cleaners left it to them. It seems unacceptable to me in COVID times. When I tried to cancel the room I wasn't allowed to (even though the receptionist was kind enough). It doesn't seem fair to pay the price you pay for a room and you are not comfortable or comfortable in it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! DIRTY, EXPENSIVE, WITH NOISES. FATAL. I WILL NEVER REPEAT HERE!!!

Patetica gestión me anularon la reserva sin aviso Con la reserva hecha no me mandaron ningún email y luego hubo problema con la tarjeta, por el que me llamaron sólo dos veces (sin poder coger el teléfono pue estaba trabajando con pacientes) y no dejaron ningún mensaje de voz. Lamentablemente vi el email de la reserva anulada al día siguiente sin que me avisara nadie No me dieron ninguna solución y encima dijeron que habían hecho bien su trabajo. ?¿ No dejaron ningún mensaje y me quede sin reserva (tuve que coger otro apartamento más caro 12 hs Antes de llegar a Bcn)
