Ibis properties in Barcelonès

The hotel is very far from the city center, at least an hour by metro each way, which was exhausting. The location is really inconvenient. The rooms were clean, but the service was just okay. We reported the broken hairdryer many times, and every time we had to go down to ask for one. Breakfast is overpriced and not worth it for what you get.

The room was nice. It had a double bed, and the window seat could be pulled out to make a 90cm single bed. The breakfast was plentiful. The location was excellent, only about 500 meters from the Sagrada Familia and the subway. Check-out was before 12 PM. The only downside was that our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Suggest you bring your own conditioner if you have long hair. Just that one out of two lifts was always under maintenance during our stay and waiting time was slightly long.

Facilities: The lobby is very beautiful. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean everywhere. Environment: Surrounded by office buildings, so you have to walk a bit further to find food. Getting around relies on taxis. Service: Very thoughtful. A female in our group needed sanitary pads, and the front desk staff provided three for free. Breakfast: Typical Ibis standard, nothing special.
